9/8/22 On 9/4/22 we visited Marshall's again. The checkout lady was nice, but lacked listening skills. My wife was try to show the cashier her phone number on her phone without verbally saying it out loud. The cashier was in a hurry and did not hear my wife. Her English Language is still in early development, but I think she did an outstanding job with her English. Listening is something to be worked on. Upon try to use the Marshall's reward card, the information was very confusing and not explain well. Since there was a lost in translation problem, the rewards card was left in the wind. Aside from this experience my wife experienced, the rest of the stay here was good. Hopefully next time the experience will be better from start to finish. read more

So wish it was as organized as it used to be. Still this can help you with bargain shopping. For jeans and slacks, you'll do well here gents. Dress clothes and the like, you might want to go elsewhere. I don't really enjoy the junky look as of late. Hope they can bring back quality a bit. The shoe selection is atrocious. On a positive note underwear and socks, can be found at a good price. I do like the staff here. You'll find more assistance from employees, which is a good thing. Looking forward to coat and jackets soon. That is another area, where you can score a deal. read more

Love coming here. I can always fine something here to buy. This time though I had to leave my findings behind. The line to check out was soo very long. The line came out through the maze they put together before the cashiers. At least 20 customers long. Sorry to say...I was very, very disappointed to leave without the goodies this time.. read more

The parking lot is crazy since this is in a busy shopping center. Good luck finding a parking spot close. I was not completely impressed with the quality of clothes. I went to TJMax today and had a better experience honestly. The store was clean and the check out area was easy since they direct you to which casher is ready for you by announce and using arrows to indicate which ones is available. read more

It's a marshals so I won't comment on the products, you know what to expect there. The customer service here is horrendous however. A line of some thirteen people developed this morning in a nearly empty store, why? Because one of the cashiers thought it was an appropriate time to have a long conversation with a customer in their native language, and the other cashier thought it was prudent to check out employees purchasing things before those who had been waiting in line. The manager, who was standing behind the cashier deck, decided now was a good time to fold clothing rather than help expedite checkout. read more

Not sure what is going on with this Marshalls recently. It used to be my favorite but now I'm finding that T.J. Maxx seems to have the better, more upscale selections. Where they used to have a fabulous shoe department, it seems to have declined over the past year meaning they just don't seem to have the shoe selection that they once did. That said, the store is clean and well maintained. And like most discount stores you need to approach Marshall's without an agenda and paw through the racks to find the hidden gems. This is not a "I know exactly what I want kinda place and I know that have it" kinda place -- at least not for me. Sometimes I find great deals and hidden gems and other times I leave empty handed. It's a discount store so if you are looking for Nordstrom's level customer service then you probably shouldn't bother. read more

Rude staff. Dealt with two employees and both were rude. Failed to take off a security tag so the alarm went off. Then I had to wait and when employee finally helped, acted like it was my fault. read more

They re-arranged everything, leaning more towards semi-designer brands. The store looks great, tons of shoes in the front, women's clothes, and kitchen items. Nice selection of workout gear. Clean, well organized, decent customer service, no complaints. read more

This store is massive with many Korean customers. Clearance area have many many things. Pretty clean. Good location near restaurants and supermarkets. Many cashiers. SO you do not need to wait for a long time. read more

This Marshalls and the one in Tysons are the best ones in the area. This store is large, well stocked, and fairly organized. I always find good women's and men's clothes, shoes, pet supplies, and food stuff like skinny syrups for coffee. read more

I love the specific location! I'm not sure if other locations have the same inventory for dog beds but this place has more dog beds than some of my fav pet stores. This location has small, medium and large dog beds. They have bolster beds, cozy cuddly beds, and large egg crate beds. The best thing is the price. Small beds can start at $10 and the large dog orthopedic beds are about $24.99. If you have ever bought a dog bed, you will jump at these prices. They also have a nice collection of toys and snack. I have never buy those but they have an assortment, just make sure to check expiration dates. read more

A slightly cleaner Marshalls than most, but still has the same trending issue with all Marshalls. Bad management, and terrible customer service. No offense, but Marshalls is catered to middle aged people, so the clientele you're going to mainly see is 20+ They treat college students like trash, and they mistreated my father who was asking a simple question with attitude and disrespect. Come here to look around and try to find whatever you can, that you came here for. There are granted some nice people who do work there, but most of the people there don't know the difference between leaving your problems at the door the moment you step into your job. read more

I consider myself almost a TJX connoisseur--I have been to most of the ones in the area--from Fair Oaks to Pentagon Center. This is the best Marshall's, by far. The bag selection is impressive and has several racks varying from budget friendly to super expensive. I have found the same with shoes--I once found a pair of boots that I loved here and then had a minor stroke when I turned them over and found that they were $700 Jimmy Choo designer shoes. That said, the selection is wide and plentiful. If you are looking for a bounty, this is your spot! read more

Best Marshall's i've been to. Very organized and has a lot of variety. Not the cleanest place to try on clothes. I took off my pants and place them on the chair with the pant legs hanging down (black leggings) and when I went to put them back on they were filthy. My fault too, of course, but they could be cleaner. read more

It is a Marshalls...so it is just fine. Not the most amazing one I have been in to, but if you want to shop at a Marshalls, then this one works just fine. Has a decent shoe selection and the store is usually quite clean. The staff could use a bit of personality, I think I have had one or two nice cashiers out of all the times I have been there. But at least the lines move quickly. The great thing is it is located in the same shopping center as Cinema Arts Movie Theater and Best Buy (for the husband to go while I shop). read more

The merchandise is awesome, unbeatable price, the store brand itself is awesome. It's the customer service that drove me nuts. I regularly shop at Marshalls every week. This was my first time visiting this particular location. I got a MK purse and the floor sales rep helped me to guide to the cash register. This Asian lady at the register handled my purse so carelessly. Then I mentioned about the rewards card twice and she told me to wait. When I finally reminded her for the THIRD TIME, she told it was too late. WTF???? No greetings, no saying bye.. That lady was the most ridiculous person I have ever seen. Great selection of home goods: candles, chairs, towels, artificial plants and other home decor. I'm usually in here to pick up something for a home I'm staging or to brighten up a small corner or add to a seasonal theme in my home. The clothing selection is also pretty nice and the prices are affordable. Nice selection of name brands and plenty of workout shirts and shorts as well. This store is usually neat & tidy and it's easy to get around in the aisles. Plenty of parking spaces, but sometimes you have to wait to get one close to the door. Very little selection as compared to all the other marshalls in the area. Sometimes I wonder if employees at this store grabs the good clothing items for themselves when the new arrivals come in. It has significantly less brand name clothing items compared to the Bailey's Crossroads or Tysons Corner locations. read more

do not shop here. there is a ross across the street. They have significantly become worse in the past few years regarding their merchanise, cleanliness and customer service. the store is run by a woman named Donna. After trying to return a defective item- for that reason- the customer service person behaved rudely condescending and antagonised the client, The she tried to refuse to let the customer return the item..When trying to talk to a supervisor, the customer service person refused to get her on the phone or page a supervisor. She then made snide comments as the customer tried to leave. After trying to report this to the manger (Donna)---who was in lunch for an hour, instead of apologising and trying to resolve the issue, she defends her employee and tells the customer that she is the one who should apologise!!!!!! The unbelievably rude customer service is reason enough to avoid this location. This place used to be a lot better. It is unfortunate but definitely shop at the Ross or TJ maxx nearby where you do not have to worry about the people harassing you and treating you like garbage in a store that basically has nothing decent in it anyway read more

This is one of the smaller Marshalls in the area, and they just don't have that much of a selection. I did notice, however, that they have posted signs indicating that it will be remodeled, so that has to be an improvement. The employees seem pleasant enough though, and that's A Good Thing. read more
