This store is massive with many Korean customers. Clearance area have many many things. Pretty clean. Good location near restaurants and supermarkets. Many cashiers. SO you do not need to wait for a long time.

OK, it's been five years since I've updated this review and it's about time lol…read more This was the nicest Ross around because it's newer and cleaner, but it's now sadly starting to look like every other Ross. They do still have a decent selection at this location and the shelves are nicely and neatly stocked, with the bonus that they haven't crammed the racks together yet so you barley fit a cart like they are doing it every other Ross! The only negative thing, and it is a very negative thing, is the staff here are hit or miss. There are a couple really friendly ones but not very often. There's one lady who has dark hair and she's always at the register in the middle of the store with the jewelry around it - not the one ones near the window in a row - and she's so rude and unfriendly, it's horrible. I always say hi with a big smile but she is rude, won't look you in the eye and only speaks to you if necessary and it's usually to argue; she literally could give two you know whats!!! Thank God for Mr. Kevin who is one of the really nice ones, and so friendly and helpful AND HE SPEAKS TO YOU lol! Too bad he's only there part-time, because he is amazing & they are super lucky to have him!!! Thank you Mr. Kevin for being you and Rock on with your bad self cause you are mucho beaucoup appreciated!!!

The staff are on the floor stocking and on their personal phones. The staff member we saw at the checkout/machine didn't talk to us and was back on his phone very quickly. The experience of people contact is getting more impersonal. Talking is becoming overrated and many places with the kiosks now installed. The store itself had more grown up things that see more usable, but the cost is no longer going to be five dallors. The biggest thing I saw in this store is the chargers for you're phone(s). A note is taped on the wall saying " if you open the packaging, you will have to buy that package." Evidently, someone opened a package and the message didn't sink in. The shelving has changed giving the place a more closed off feeling. A feeling that says "Go Away." We will see what has changed the next time we visit.

A decent store for stocking stuffers. This is where I'll go soon. Actually am grateful for their $5…read moret shirts. They are amusing, and work for considerable time. Also they have huge tubes of tootsie rolls and other candies. These serve a purpose. Located in Fair City Mall, nice employees working here. It can get busy, but they keep the line moving. Also you can occasionally get a deal on a newer book here. That helps as do some fun gag gifts. It's not for everyone and everything. Yet it has a niche, and I appreciate it for what it is. Store is neatly organized too.

7/13/24 Selling these pendents would be cool, but I would be more inclined to buy Batman/Wonder Woman.

If you can avoid the light, that also can save you sanity and time. Don't worry Pickett Shopping Center. Many strip malls in the area have the same issues. I'm glad the &pizza is here now, and always have liked Total Wine and More. Just as many do, sometimes it's good to have a beer and cigar. They both are sold at Total Wine. Staples and GameStop serve a purpose. AAA is good for people whom enjoy them, and Chuckie Cheese could be hell on earth. Einstein can be a pleasant treat, and the Trader Joe's will always be mobbed. There are lots of large, medium, small, & mini orange and white pumpkins to choose from.  There are a plethora of squash & corn husks in various shapes, sizes & colors to adorn your home or office in colorful autumn fashion.  Cute scarecrows, scary witches, as well as other fall and Halloween decorations, are also displayed around the Pumpkin Patch station where you pay for your items.  The Patch isn't set up yet, as of 3 Oct, probably due to Hurricane Joaquin's and the Nor'easter's unpleasant dreary, heavy rains & flooding this weekend.  I can't wait for them to set it up so Oct, my favorite month in my favorite season, will have some added fun & pizazz! Sierra Trading Post was founded in Reno Nevada in 1986, explaining their focus on the outdoors, and they were bought out by TJX in 2012. They have a variety of clothes, shoes accessories, & outdoor gear as well as your typical TJX items like food, cooking, home decor, & pets items. On this trip I picked up a pair of nice gloves, chocolate and gum lol. I was also looking for a supplement my son wanted that he saw there (this is one of his all-time fave stores).
