Awful attitude to the customers-disrespectful. Yesterday, one of my merchandises was taken out from the cart while I was in the fitting room. I spent around 20 minutes to find that sweater (it was the last one) and I liked it so much. It was taken by the Marshalls employee who does not even speak English. Not sure if she knows her rights and the rules as an employee, and if she was legally employed???? Even though her manager apologized for her, I felt that I wasted my precious time. I loved it here. My cashier was amazing, what a sweet girl. So many options for everything. They had high quality products at great prices. I gone to many Marshall's and they never have a phone case for my phone. This one had many. Very clean. I can't wait to shop there again. read more

Love Marshall's and this store in Bedford NH is one of the best! Marshall's in General is a great store because you can get name brand clothes, furniture and home goods at discounted prices! The store in Bedford is great for all those reasons and the fact that's is clean, organized and the selection is better than most of there stores! My suggestion is go often because the stock rotates constantly and that's really how you find the best items and deals! Happy shopping Marshall's lovers!:) read more

They accused me of trying to steal a four dollar nail polish. When I showed them where i had put it back (literally in plain sight and in the correct area of the store) the woman and man that accused me didn't even apologize. Will never go back. Seems like I'm not the first person this has happened to. Perhaps before you accuse someone of theft you should make sure they actually did it. Ridiculous. read more

Awful customer service at this location. Two separate bad experiences. First forgot to remove all security tags from merchandise, ok everyone has a bad day, I'll live. Second time a woman was given incorrect change, the employee allowed her to cut me off in the middle of my purchase and I awkwardly got back in line while they bickered over $7.00 and after about ten mins was finally checked out by a dead eyed woman who didn't bag half my items. Seems like people who truly don't care about their job. I understand working retail isn't the best, but you should make the best out of the job you have and do it well. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! All I wanted to do was exchange my small shirt for a medium. I went up to the desk to ask for some help looking for it, they tried to call an employee to help me but no one answered. They said I would need to try to find it myself. I came back after looking and with a disappointed look I asked for my shirt back because I couldn't find a medium. The lady handed me back my shirt without a word, or a glance up! Just left this location. I walked in intending to purchase a specific item, was clearly looking at a small section of those items (examining fabric, flipping price tags), and an employee cut in front of me and stood between me and the product without so much as an "excuse me." Had I been interrupting evident work in that aisle or had it not been obvious I was browsing (and not been relatively close to the products), I might have continued my purchase; that blatant disregard/rudeness from an employee pushed me out the door. read more

Macklemore Thrift Shop fans need to peruse Marshalls, they always have a variety of clothing items and accessories coming in, all obscure sizes too, usually at heavily discounted prices. Hard place to beat. read more

I tried to purchase a three piece night set . The woman at register one this morning ripped it out of my hands , tore them apart and argued they didn't go together even though they were identical. She left the register to go find a manager, never did and claimed the robe only came with a night gown which is a lie because TJ maxx has the same ones for the same price. She told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted the night shorts and tank top. Maybe white people have to pay more. Why she didn't want me to buy them I'll never know. read more

Nice varieties of products but poor customer service! made a complaint to the headquarter,they took it like a joke to them....

I have to say, this place has a pretty good selection of clothes for men! Always coming here with the wife, so I have to find something to do while she shops. Marshalls always gets new stuff in as well and they also have very good gourmet food too! read more
