The only minor downside I've run into is when the escalators aren't operating. If you're trying to leave quickly and don't want to fight your way back through the vendor crowds, be prepared for a bit of a trek down the emergency exit stairs and through an empty floor or two. Other than that, the space is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff does a great job keeping things running smoothly no matter how packed the event is.

But for the most part, I visit Ross for their candles and because they're an Amazon pickup location! All I have to do is have my order shipped here, it's added to this fancy locker system and I unlock it with my phone. Easy peasy! Once completed, I go about my shopping experience. A good amount of the staff members appear to not want to be at work at times . 75% of the time I do a pick up order I get an out of stock notification. Today I waited 30 mins for my drive up order which is absolutely ridiculous. I feel as if I could if went in the store and picked out the items myself . If there were other target options close to me I would potentially try them but in my honest opion I will likely only shop at targets when I am back home or in another city.
