Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.

If I am not mistaken, I believe this was a brand new location and you could truly tell by how clean and organized everything was in the store. Located right on the belt line this storefront is adjacent to many other stores, bars and restaurants. This truly made it very convenient to locate. The building itself is gorgeous and reminded me of a modern cabin on the outside. There was a lot of great Patagonia merch from hats to bags and heavy outer wear. There were so many things I had my eye on but I had to limit myself since I knew I had no additional room in my luggage lol. The store team members were also helpful and very knowledgeable. They advised us and gave us great recommendations on hiking gear for our upcoming hiking trip.
