This store is pretty big, but never has what you need when you need it. A lot of things have threads, rips, pulls, stains, mis-sewing, etc. I am a huge Marshall's/tjmaxx/home goods shopper, I just don't think this is the best one I've been to. Great customer service, easy returns. Pretty neat store read more

Was in the area and stopped in here with my family. Omgg it's so big and pretty. Organized even and very clean. The bathroom was clean. Still a long line to pay like any Marshall's. Will come again loved the selection. read more

This is an amazing store. If you can't find something in here then somethings wrong in and you need to unplug yourself and plug yourself in again and see if that works lol. They have some thing for everyone especially the men's clothing is wonderful. Having said that the lines are atrocious. Many times I find things I wanna buy but end up leaving because I don't have the half an hour or more to wait online. Sometimes the line does move fast but it's daunting to see it's so big each and every time I go there maybe I'll go in the store first opens in. the mornin g. read more

Every time I visit this location it is like going to a junk yard. I was hoping for better today but I couldn't believe how much of a mess the store was. Aisles are blocked with carts full of junk. Everything is piled on top of one another. The store looks dirty. Nothing is organized. The lamp section is in total disarray and the wall decor section is impossible to sort through given there are stacks of pictures on top of each other. I've been to the location on rte 110 and it is in much better condition. Well organized and neat. Not a mess like the Syosset location. read more

don't bother they will think your stealing if there's a clearance tag on the clothing you try to purchase. they will look at you funny then proceed to say someone put a sticker on it after they clearly forced the sticker off. beware of clearance items. I would have gladly waited for them to review footage. customer service is more customer trash than anything. zero stars read more

Walked in yesterday and was stopped at the door because I didn't have a mask on! I was told it is their policy to wear a mask in the store ! Come on! CDC guidelines have changed. We can dine w 500 people now at events but we can't shop at Marshall's without a mask. Enough already. Been vaccinated! It's time to make the changes consistently. I will shop elsewhere I said - then I was told it's ok you can come in??? Huh?? Which is it ? read more

This is by far the best Marshall's I've been to in terms of selection. They ALWAYS have the best stuff and it's also a home goods! I love shopping here, with the exception that the store can be a bit unorganized. The shoes are often not in size order (and not labeled) unless they are in boxes which makes it quite difficult to find what you are looking for and the smaller housewares area is always a wreck. You need time to browse this store. The bathrooms are in disturbing poor conditions which knocks it down a star. The first stall you physically can't use due to the toilet paper dispenser blocking the door, and the rest of them are a mess. Use the bathroom before you come! read more

This is my go-to Marshalls. It is huge and always well-stocked. They have a great sale section and a lot of lower end designer clothes. Always come here if I need a quick gift or want to just browse! read more

I came in to return four items for my wife. When I got in, I was told to go around the large counter to go on the line even though there was no one online and one of the women at the desk was available right near where I was standing. Whatever. The woman at the desk was somewhat jerky, definitely had an attitude from the start. She told me that only two of my items were on the receipt I brought in. I thought that was strange and questioned that since it seemed unlikely. I then further confirmed with my wife that everything was on the same receipt. After the woman at the desk finally gave it another shot and asked another employee, the issue was simply that she couldn't read Marshall's receipt. Something about how they print the number over a line. Then apparently she had to make tickets or something to do the returns. Then after a while she called someone else over so they could do it and she could leave. Although apparently she's doing it now. All in all, I've been standing at this desk for over a half hour to return four small items worth like $40. What a crappy experience. I'll tell my wife to return herself next time she orders from this crap hole. read more

How is the unemployment rate so high, yet there are 3 cashiers for 25 people on line at this Marshalls? HIRE. MORE. PEOPLE. Every time I come here, it's automatically a 30 minute wait online. I don't dare visit this location near the holidays. read more

Maybe b/c it was a monday when kids were off but this place was a zoo. The line was really long and i waited about 15mins to check out.The parking lot was almost full.It made me question going back.If i didnt have a gift card i probably wouldnt have stayed. read more

I am a Marshall's fanatic and this one has a home-goods that's attached. When I go there , I always wind up finding tons of great stuff and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The store is clean including the bathrooms . Right now, the store is under construction so the dressing rooms are moved but everything is still really neat and in order. read more

This is a hit or miss store! The store has men, women, and children's clothing section. Shoes!!! -but of cause And a petite section -which I am always looking for in any store. But my favorite is the home decorating section- it has unique furniture, mirrors, art work, rugs, lamps, etc... - The mad attraction I have to this store is all about the.... HUNT. If you are in search of a particular item you- may find, may not, may find something better Or may end up buying something you did not plan on purchasing in the first place. (Like the day I came home with a Ship's steering wheel) -this summer I was into nautical decorating I also have a frog wine holder - dressed up in a pirate's outfit with a patch over one eye-Arrr! ) The store is located on my way home from work- so very convenient. If it's close to you...I say go into this store... and happy hunting to you!!! read more

Stained and damaged merchandise! Staff not knowledgeable Lines are SO much worse than other Marshals. Go to ANY other store!

I will never return to this location after being inappropriately spoken to by a fitting room attendant. I was scolded after trying on an item for not waiting for an attendant. 20something year old brat had the audacity to chastise me for not getting a number and leaving a hanger in the fitting room. This store is not very organized or clean despite lunatic staff yelling at customers. Informed the "manager" that I would not be returning to that location due to inappropriate and rude staff. read more

I can't even check out. The last two times I had to abandon my cart, because the line went around the store. And this is on a Tuesday afternoon, not even a weekend. Get your act together and hire some more people. The cashiers are slow as all hell and everyone is taking their sweet time. What an annoying experience. Definitely calling corporate, because last time, with literally 25 people on line and 2 cashiers open, people began revolting and leaving their carts and storming out the door. What a mess :( read more

Store is soooo badthe world needs to know it, its mostly their management. the only one on that team that isn't a fuckup is deb & larry. I used to work here, One of the managers once picked on me and was making fun of my dark eyebags in front of me then proceeded to make me cry. An employee is their last priority, if u apply here: be prepared to be extremely overworked because they are so short staffed that u are often forced to do 2-3 peoples job just in ur own job, get verbally harassed & made fun of, they also tend to mess up hours so essentially they're stealing time from u. this one older lady that would work at night would be put in 2 different departments which one alone is alot of work. they would do this because one of the ladys from that department changed her schedule to mornings, so there was no night person in that dept, so instead of hiring one more person they just give another person that job which makes it 2x harder. A multimillion dollar corporation cant hire 5 more people because the managers tell everyone they cant afford it but they can and will most definitely overwork the fuck outta you. The General store manager even told his below manager viviana to not be nice to her own employees... he said "your way too nice w them dont be like that" so backwards. read more

Amazing store. Can always find something i want/need. Always has designer brands at a discounted, more affordable price. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to have a house of my own that i can decorate with all Marshalls paraphernalia read more

I love this Marshalls! They always have the best workout gear! Plus, you can always find what you're looking for! I always spend like 200 dollars on practical stuff. Lines get hella long so come with a friend who can stand in line while you shop;) read more

The store I love to hate. The weird and random items can be some great finds, but many of the staple items are over-priced for a discount shop. The queue is always massive and there never seems to be enough staff to handle the customer flow. read more

I love this Marshall's/Homegoods. They have an abundance of unique items, I could spend hours shopping here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The cashiers are always efficient and they do their job well. The only thing I dislike about this location is the people who shop there. Their rude, and entitled. read more

The store is always a mess. There is never a sales employee available to help. Customers are rude and DO NOT use the rest rooms. I didn't have a pleasant experience. read more

Theres always something cute or an alright clearance sale.. i got a cute toddlers costume for 75 cents that i put on my dog

So many items. They have a Home Goods section and every bring is beautiful. Deft spend more than u planned before walking in. The employees are friendly enough but can't find one in the isles and the lines r so bad. It's the one complaint about this place. Takes at least 10-15 min to pay every time I come here read more

I love it, has designer brands and everything but yes the lines are long, but I don't think they are understaffed I just think there very popular. I spend my free time there a lot there is always something to buy! read more

This Marshalls has great finds- that being said, that is the ONLY thing that keeps me coming back. Every time I walk in the door there is a HUGE line that takes at least a half hour to move through.. A line such as the ones I've seen in an establishment which has so many employees is just unacceptable. It's so discouraging as I don't even want to browse knowing the wait that is ahead. In addition there are hardly any shopping carts where they are supposed to be- some are in the parking lot but most are scattered around the floor (some with things inside- I'm sure the customer saw the line and decided to just leave) would it kill the management to schedule a few more employees to take care of the line and gather in shopping carts while keeping the floor clean? All in all, my past 3 experiences here have been hell-ish which is surprising given its location. read more

I frequent this location often. The store has a number of nice cashiers. However, the manager Marvin was extremely rude and abrasive when I tried to return a pair of unworn shoes with the receipt and in the box that I had only purchased yesterday. Marvin scolded me in front of the other customers and employees. I shop their regularly and this was my first attempt to return anything and I did not need to be publicly humiliated. read more

I am standing here on line for over 10 minutes. I know it's s busy store, but the line is so slow and I really wonder who is managing the store. The auto prompt does not seem to be used. Thank god for the music. I do find good stuff though! read more

My family and I shop syosset Marshall 2-3times a week . Overall we are all loved their products and services. But one of cashier named Yjoti was so rude and unkind . She treated me as a criminal when I tried to return one item with a proper receipt. The most terrible experience with Marshall!! This was my second time !! Manager should teach her how to treat customers. I go somewhere else to shop even I live right next to Marshall because of her bad attitude. read more
