I kept telling myself "last bite" and then immediately going back in. But the French toast was the real moment. Crispy edges, soft inside, not overly eggy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I didn't even use syrup for half of it. Also grabbed a mint tea which felt like the perfect reset in between bites. Service was relaxed but attentive, and the whole place has this warm, slightly chaotic brunch energy that somehow works.
