Alex and his apprentice came and installed a new 240 outlet and my level 2 car charging station. Alex was very responsive to my many questions as I was starting to plan this project. He also accomedated my request to have the work done on a Saturday. They gave me a heads up about 15 minutes before arriving on time at our agreed upon time. They did a great job and made sure that the placement was to our liking as they went along. Alex answered other questions my husband had about other projects. Alex and Carlos installed a 240V outlet in our garage on a scorching July day. They were diligent and professional and left everything clean and looking great. Our system includes solar panels and a storage battery retrofitted to a 1964 house which makes for some unique electrical challenges/options. Alex took time to consider different options and made certain to maximize the benefit we get from our solar panels. I was very impressed and reassured by his commitment to quality and service.
