We were very disappointed in this restaurant. We had a group who f eight people and we were all looking forward to shrimp and grits as well as jambalaya. We had an early reservation at 6PM. When we got there we were surprised that there were only two other tables occupied. The hat should have been the first clue. We ordered drinks and one person wanted an old fashioned with one of the whiskeys listed on their menu only to find out they were out of it as well as their second choice. When we ordered our dinners they only had 2 dinners left of both the shrimp and grits as well as the jambalaya so not everyone was able to get what they wanted. The shrimp and grits was delicious but the jambalaya and the Chicken Etoufee was very bland. When we paid the bill I quickly looked at the itemized bill to make sure each item we ordered was listed and nothing extra. I then signed the credit card slip and added a 20% tip. After I got back to the hotel I looked at the itemized bill again and saw that they added a 18% service charge. At no time we're we told that they automatically added the 18% for parties if 6 or more. In fact even for parties of less then 6 people they automatically add a 15% gratuity giving the patrons no option of tipping less. This policy was also not printed on the credit card receipt. In fact on the credit card receipt listed various suggested tips for various percentages. They should have told us this when we made our reservation or when the waiter brought the bill. Unfortunately I can not recommend this restaurant.

Great place! I got the blackened catfish and collard greens and my boyfriend got the fried catfish and green beans. We also got the Mac n cheese. The food was incredible!! Nice ambiance, jazz softly playing in the background. Staff very attentive.

Very delicious everyone I was with ordered something different and we shared off of each other's plate! Everything was cooked to perfection! My favorite sides were green beans and candied yams. Next time I go I want to try the Mac and Cheese !!! Will be back and will recommend this place to everyone! 3 meals cost $51 total so pricing is very reasonable!

    Full bar, nice selection

Nice, quiet restaurant near Goodyear headquarters. Southern-style food with chicken, fish, and not very common liver and gizzard. Service was very attentive and friendly. They take a lot of to-go orders, including for the Brewery next door. This is my 2nd time eating here and I will definitely be back.

House salad with chicken. White French dressing black eyed peas and greens.

Excellent fried chicken, grilled or deep fried tenders with your choice great side dishes. Included in this photo was a house salad with chicken, a side of white French and add chicken for a nominal fee. Side of collards and black eyed peas shown.

Five of us and five different dinners and everyone loved their food. Great service and no waiting on a Saturday night.

Have eaten there for lunch a couple of times. The food is as good as it gets. The staff is great. Can't say enough about it.

Never again. Service was nice but the food . The wings tasted like wet ass. The chicken tasted like... well I was praying the whole meal.

I've never been here before but I know it's a fairly popular place so I was quick to agree to the location. We originally sat at the bar but the stools were so incredibly uncomfortable, so we moved to a booth. While our server was nice, it did take her quite a while to come take our drink order. I got a "lavendar breeze" for my first drink and it was delicious. The menu is small, with the focus being on grilled cheese sandwiches. I'm not a huge grilled cheese lover, so I ordered a wedge salad (with house white French dressing) and the sauerkraut balls from the appetizer menu. The salad was on par with what you'd expect, the dressing was tasty. The sauerkraut balls, though, kind of threw me. First, it's a HUGE serving. There was around 30-40 sauerkraut balls in the basket; way more than I ever imagined would be in an order. I was expecting four or five golf ball sized balls. Maybe I've been spoiled by having some fantastic sauerkraut balls, but these were subpar, at best. They didn't have a lot of flavor and the cocktail sauce they served with them was an odd choice. While I still enjoyed time catching up with a friend and the drinks were well done, I doubt I'll come back for food. The menu just wasn't appealing to me and what I did have wasnt good enough to lure me back anytime soon.

One minor gripe: the mac and cheese is a little one-note. It's not bad, it just doesn't surprise you. A little more depth -- sharper cheese, a hit of something acidic or smoky -- and it would be a standout instead of an afterthought.

Our service was amazing and the drinks and food came quickly - we didn't need anything ever (which is a remarkable feat for a table of that size!). Seriously kudos to the wait staff - best service I've had in years. Food is always great at Crave as well. We started with salads and the steak skewers which are jam packed with spice and flavor. My husband loved his smoked Gouda Mac and cheese with crispy chicken on top. He tried so hard to save some for leftovers but ended up not being able to. I had the salmon which was perfect medium and had a really good Asian sauce with it accompanied by rice and veggies which were also cooked to perfection. We were lucky to have a back room so we had a little more privacy which was nice but the restaurant was packed for a Saturday night so I'd recommend a reservation for sure. Another thing that was nice - $7 valet parking. Super convenient and cheap!

They have a taco Tuesday thing but it's not a discount it's 3 tacos and you can mix and match from what they make. Which is not really a special in my opinion. The place has a nice patio and inside can fit an about 10 tables of various sizes. And the bar has seating. Cute place. I see it can get crowded on a Friday night or Saturday night. We got the green bean app for the table. They are cooked perfectly with teriyaki glaze and some tempura but not a lot. They have a sauce that has a bit of a kick but not bad. These are good and good to share. Good portion. I ordered the steak and gruyere sandwich and chips. Sandwich was good. Not big but very flavorful and good. Would have liked a bigger banquette for the sandwich. Ok amount of meat. It was good. The chip side was very crunch and good amount. But to me the chips were a bit greasy tasting. Needed more salt and a bit of flavor. It was a ok meal. The friend that suggested the restaurant got the Ohio burger. It was huge. She cut it into 4's and only ate half. It was big! She also got the chips. Again chips were ok just a bit oily tasting and need salt. The dining area is loud. Lots of people in close proximity talking. It's hard to hear and sound is bouncing. That was a bit of a bummer to try and talk over all the noise. Server was good very attentive and helped with suggestions. Bill for 3 sandwiches, including a burger, a water, coke and cider with green beans appetizer was $81. Not including tip.

Don't get me wrong: the food is fine (in the most mediocre sense). Full disclosure: We don't eat red meat, so I can't comment on their steaks, which is what the place is known for. This is a classic case of tradition masquerading as fine dining. There's no subtly or nuance to the cuisine. The oysters Rockefeller was overly sauced, and the salad was overdressed. My salmon was a bit overcooked, but the baked potato was very good. The dessert, a brownie with ice cream, ate like a Little Debbie squirted with Hershey chocolate sauce. I will say that our server was wonderful and was working very hard. The ambiance, however, was sad. We were seated in the bar area on very uncomfortable wooden benches. Honestly, it felt like a Cracker Barrel. At the bar was an obnoxiously loud man dropping F-bombs and saying homophobic things. He pretty much ruined any enjoyment we had a hope of having. Finally, Diamond Grille doesn't accept credit cards, which we knew, but again, our enjoyment was dampened by having to keep track of how much everything cost so we didn't spend more than the cash we had gotten out of the ATM on our way. The hostess told us they were planting their feet and never taking cards, and I just don't understand why, in the 21st century, a business would alienate customers like this. All in all, this place is resting on its past reputation, and in my opinion, it's unearned.
