I received a response very quickly regarding my last review. I will give them another try especially being that I have a gift card!!! read more

Marlow's Tavern - They were extremely generous! Thats great customer service! - Burgers Near Me - Brookhaven, Georgia

Honestly, this place is underwhelming. I've been a couple of times, had a half decent steak salad and not decent appetizers. I'm not sure what people see in it and I'm not inclined to come back in order to find out what it is, exactly, that I'm missing. read more

Late lunch after returning from escape from the ATL. Wanted something healthy and tasty. Orders the pan seared trout with Fargo. Excellent as usual. My bride had the burger, while good, I wish that they cooked their burgers from scratch rather than reheating previously cooked. Chessy grits are great as was our server Charles who had a great handle on the menu letting us know what was new and upcoming. read more

We have been fans of Marlow's for some time and visit their other locations. So glad there's one in Brookhaven now (located by Bon Glaze and Pure). My go to is their fish tacos and ahi tuna poke. Tried their Marlow's melt recently and was not disappointed. read more

Marlow's Tavern - Marlow's melt. - Burgers Near Me - Brookhaven, Georgia

This place sucks, I've been burned multiple times by their bad service and lack of caring about their customers, I'm not going back.

We visit this place atleast once two months. The ambience is good, the staff is great and food is amazing!! We have tried Jumbo lump crab cakes- Wow!, The Asparagus fries- surprising twist and love the Aioli!, Bahn MI chicken wrap- sweet delicious wrap! Black bean Veggie burger - all my veggie friends love it!! The highlight is "Shrimp and Grits" -heavenly! And the reason for us going back to this place again and again! read more

Hummus, wings, burgers and salads are 5 star if you ask me. The staff is also extremely friendly here. Brunch is good too - attached picture read more

Not enough parking for customers. Tried to go to a friends birthday gathering on August10th and NO parking within adequate walking distance. Wasn't too impressed anyway either. read more

Hit or miss. I've had pretty good experiences with the food and service here. However, others in my company have not had as good of luck. I've had the Chicken Stacker and French Dip. Both have been perfectly fine. The place stays busy, so it is certainly good enough. The prices are in the ball park for a decent place. The service is fine too. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, but I wouldn't turn it down as a destination either. read more

Consistent food, consistent service, and feels like it's a privately owned restaurant rather than a chain. The people who work here genuinely care about your experience. Whether you get Chris as a server or you belly up to the bar with Steven, you cannot go wrong. Great for a drink with some buddies, a family meal, or a work outing, Marlow's Brookhaven is a solid choice. read more

This Marlow's has a special place in my heart! My family and I have brunch here every Sunday. We sit at the same table and have the same server (Chris) every week. Chris has become like family to us and we would not want to be anywhere else for brunch. The bottomless mimosas and delicious food are a great reason to come but the impeccable service we receive from Chris every week is why we keep coming back! read more

Very impressed by our meal at Marlow's! I had only been to this location one other time a year or so ago for a group event which was fine, but after today would definitely come back again. The food was great and the service was even better. It was also very clean and followed proper precautions for Covid. Taylor at the bar made great recommendations and was an awesome server for our table. All in all great experience! read more

This Marlow's was pretty good, but I have been to better locations. Our waiter was a bit busy and one of the people in my party had a hard time with them getting her order right. I would go again, but this Marlow's would not be my first choice. read more

Great food, art on wall is too small for picture frames. Makes no sense. The asparagus fries slap for sure

First time at this location, service was good however was disappointed that they were out of Sangria (not a good look for a Friday night). But overall this location is just as good as others I've visited. read more

Came here on a slow Tuesday evening with a group of 10 for a bday dinner. Slow service, forgotten orders, and poor management. In the future the entire group will not be back. read more

My partner and I always order two basic burgers to go since COVID started, always good at a great price! We have ordered some other items and been a bit underwhelmed, but the service is nice during pick up and the burgers never disappoint. Cannot go wrong with bacon jam. read more

I really like Marlow's Tavern, but not this location. It is consistently poor service and it seems like they have not gotten things straightened out since opening. I will definitely not attend this location ever again. read more

We have been here a few times since they recently opened. Their service is SO slow. The first time, we waited over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches...our server was nice enough about it, and kept telling us a manager would come see us. A manager never showed. Today we tried again at brunch. We were greeted by a less than pleasant woman who then ended up being our server. She never smiled, and genuinely acted like she didn't want to be there. After waiting another almost 40 minutes for pancakes and eggs, we got our food. The food is always good when we go, but just not good enough to wait for 45+ min for mediocre service, especially when the dining room isn't even busy. We won't be back for awhile. read more

Great friendly staff. Cute rooftop area. Delicious fish tacos! Wide variety on their menu. Will come back here when I'm in the area.

I have lived in Brookhaven for a long time and was happy to see Marlow's open up here. I have been already 3-4 times and although the food is ok the service was really bad. The guys was not great.. Just ok. Atmosphere is nice and the location is great. I will be back and I hope it improves. read more

So went there today because we were given a certificate for free bowl of crab and shrimp soup because we were VIP members. I completed a survey and was sent a $10 certificate. I loved this restaurant. Last time we went for there EXTREMELY generous birthday certificate we were wowed by the fact we were able to order anything off the menu if they had ingredients. I had a delicious patty melt and onion rings--not on the menu. Today the patty melt was not available--no rye bread. Unfortunately the certificate I had had expired but they honored it anyway. The special soup was ahhh not so special. Very "fishy" and required a lot of lemon juice. Had the smoke trout appetizer which was very good and the asparagus fries which when you get the good ones they're awesome, but then you get others, many very hard to chew. So since we had certificates, we were reluctant to complain, I Like this restaurant and am only saying things to hope they will make everything better. So we got our Steak Salad---Lettuce, not fresh, brown on the edges and wilted. Nice portion of steak not great. Our salad was missing the cheese crumbles and scallions as were part of the description. They brought those later. I doctored up the salad we brought home and it was very tasty. Ordered a side of pita bread to go with our soup--I ate one bite and couldn't eat any more. Restaurant is too dark in my opinion. Our waiter had difficulty finding our credit card and check to return to us. Truly, I like this place....probably will not return for awhile...My comments are honest and I hope they are taken into consideration for the future. read more

Let me start by saying I only signed up so I could write this review. Only gave 5 stars because 10 wasn't avalible. The food was great but the star of the show is "Aisley like Paisley without the P". I was there with my family. She took us though the menu and everything she suggested we got because she made it all sound mouth watering. She cracked jokes, she sang and whirled around the restaurant taking care of what seemed like every table. We never saw the bottom of our glasses (which is a pet peeve of mine, trying to flag down a server that is). The new fashion (beverage) she suggested was top notch and even the fried banana split she said "would knock your socks off" did just that. This young lady gave us the best service I've ever encountered in my 50 something years of living. Her sparkling personality and amazing disposition (she said she was just happy to be able to clock in every morning) is just one of the many reasons we will be back. She made me want to empty my pockets and that's a big deal because I'm CHEAP! If she hasn't gotten a raise she deserves one! Go see Aisley it will be worth the trip I guarantee it. No P you were Awsome! Can't wait to see you again. read more

Delicious food! I haven't had a bad meal yet here. The shrimp and grits is the best I've ever had!

I had an opportunity to give Marlowes another try, and I was impressed with the improvement. I'm going to chalk my first experience up to the fact that the restaurant had newly opened. On this recent visit, the service was just right. The menu was much more interesting than I remembered, so perhaps it had been updated. I had a fig and bacon toast to start with, which was delicious and just right for two people. I followed up with scallops, which were seared perfectly and were dressed with a fantastic sauce that complemented the dish without overwhelming it. I finished the meal with an excellent creme brulee, which had a hot and crispy crust (still sizzling, actually), and a cool, creamy center. I went for a late lunch, so I can't say how the dinner crowd is. I suspect it gets a bit loud, since the restaurant is set up with TVs all over. I had a great second experience, though. read more

My husband and I were visiting from Charlotte and happened upon this restaurant. As soon as we sat at the bar we were warmly greeted by the bartender and cozy atmosphere . I mentioned we were from out of town and that it was our first time at a Marlows. The restaurant manager then came over and greeted us with a free appetizer and thanked us for stopping by. Southern hospitality! read more

I really don't know what to rate this place! The food for sure gets 5 stars however, the service...oooooh boy the service! I came here with a group of coworkers on a Friday afternoon and things started it great until we began placing our orders! For starters it was about 14 of us with only 1 waitress! For the life of me I do not understand why they would only assign one person for a group of this many people! Well when the orders started coming out things began to fall apart! I ended up waiting on the table by advising who ordered what and passing plates around to the correct people...then when the bill came we were charged for the wrong items! I personally had to send my bill back 3 times before I asked if I could just write on the back the items I had purchased! :-/ we ended lunch around 1:15 but we didn't leave until after 4 just trying to get the bill straightened out. So overall the food was delicious, the chef came and greeted us which was a plus...however they were out of shrimp but the items they did have were great so not a big deal. So in conclusion...I would return however more-so for a date night and not an office gathering. :-/ read more

I went to the Durden Rd location on Friday evening and my experience was awful. The waitress was slow/ often forgot things and the manager that "assisted" us was beyond rude. I would never dine in this location again. read more

Hands down 5 stars! From the warm welcome to explaining all that MT's offers, I cannot wait to come back to enjoy more delicious food paired with one of a kind drinks. Bartender Janella is an absolute delight that enjoys working here followed up with a "hello" from the manager! Such a great start with my move to Georgia! read more

I agree Chris T. We were visiting friends in Brookhaven and they took us here one night. Outstanding and Aisley was the greatest.

Super yummy! Cool staff. Vegetarian options. ~$15/person. Always great experience. Dog friendly-ish.

I love this place! I have been here twice and the food was delicious. The high top tables at the bar are very accommodating for larger crowds which we had both times. The service was very nice on both occasions. The fish tacos and asparagus fries are incredible!! The kale Caesar salad was delicious as well. We did have an issue the second time we visited with out food coming out way later than it should, but I am still giving this place because the manager or owner.. I am not sure which he was (friendly grey haired man)... handled this with such professionalism I can look over the tardiness of the food. read more

Chef Chuck is just plain rude. Me and my friends, and my family will be boycotting all Marlow's. Not to mention the fact that my medium burger was burnt alone with the bun, and the service was mediocre. If I could give 0 stars on here I would. read more

We decided to give Marlow's another try after only a quick stop by on our first visit. We sat on the very nice patio and had an appetizer, drinks and dinner on a very nice night. Beef caparccio was ok, didnt taste bad but just not much flavor. I did the prime rib sandwich, sandwich ok but I expected more. Truffle fries tasted as though they were made in grease that was old. Wife did the shrimp and grits- forget what it was called. Shrimp were microscopic and not much flavor. I really wanted to like this place as it is close to us and has a very cool patio. But it was average at best and was kind of pricey for what we were getting. Manager was nice about it when we told him our concerns- he came around the table after our meal and asked us how everything was. I salute him for coming around. There are just too many places that we have been to that we enjoyed to go back here when they have dissapointed us twice. I will up my rating from a 2 star to a 3 but really could have kept it a two. read more

Yay food and experience. Boo to the property manager. My wife and I are regulars here and at the Dunwoody location. We have our favorites on the menu and service is usually good. We don't like having to valet park in the lot at Brookhaven (Wednesday - Friday) and will avoid it as much as possible. And, by the way, the leasing sign on the lawn makes it look like the restaurant is for sale. read more

First time at a Marlow's and VERY pleased w/it. They've just opened, and our server, Paisley (?), found it was my first time at any of the locations, so we had great service, including a free starter to share. Thoroughly enjoyed it. read more

Wow, just moved to the area after selling our house inTucker and moving to Chamblee, and decided to try Marlow's Tavern.... completely blown away by the fantastic service, the great food, and the teamwork!... The bartender Becka (I hope I spelled that right) was absolutely fantastic. She knew her product, she knew all about the beers on tap and specialty beers, and just really enjoyed her customers..... what an asset. They even sent out a free appetizer when they heard it was our first time.... also a great atmosphere, we sat on the outside area that connects to the bar and met some great locals.... didn't know what to expect but what a great place..... it seems like the food is made completely fresh and to order, just like you would expect.... and if I did have a bad experience, I believe they would've done whatever it took to make it right. Great management!... keep up the good work, we're bringing some friends in.!! read more

The food was awesome! Chris also has amazing service! Eventhough this is a chain, the food taste really authentic...

Love the atmosphere and the great service. Charles is the best; always gives great service with the best attitude! The ahi tuna poke is by far my favorite thing on the menu! read more
