They have declined dramatically in their patient care over the last 3 years I have taken my pets to…read morethem. And if you have an exotic animal I would avoid this vets. In December I was quoted £600 for an operation In two places on the guinea pig. I agreed to go ahead with the operation until the vet ( who since left the practice) called me to say we could half the operation as the biopsy was inconclusive. Four months later I went again as the most concerning lump had grown a little bigger and was causing her discomfort, only to be quoted close to £1000 for exactly the same operation. A price difference well beyond normal inflation. They conceded to charge the lower price for the operation without apology and the aftercare was not good. Although I did my best to clean the most major wound every day and to make sure her living place was as hygienic as possible, I was made to feel like I was the problem that she was chewing her scabs and causing herself ongoing bleeding. The vet who operated Jon her was absent much of the time so I saw a fear mongering locum which resulted in two emergency visits as the wound got worse to different gets because of the absence of the vet who operated on her. One time I drove to London because I was told no vet was at trinity and the more local vet would charge me as a new client. The one in London wouldn't. When the vet in London charged a new customer price and realised I'd been referred they suggested I ask for a compensation from Trinity. However the staff who had had that conversation over price had not told the truth about what they had said to me and the conversation conveys in the email was entirely different. They said the would contact the vet in London to say I was coming but I arrived there and was nearly turned away at the door as that vet knew nothing about me coming fortunately they had space to see me. This catalogue of failures by Trinity vets shows a marked decline in Thier service. They used to be excellent. And the dishonesty of the staff upset me the most. They used to have at least three exotic vets and now appear to only have one. Mark is good and your pet is in the best hands with him, but he is only one man and cannot see to urgent problem since they used to have about 3 exotic vets there but now only have one. When my pet finally saw Mark again. The wound which other gets around Kent had labelled a serious concern, turned out to not be a problem and there was a very simply solution to aid the healing. But as you can imagine. One exotic vet in the practice is not ideal. Furthermore they don't respond to emails in a timely manner so if you have worries about your animal they won't put your fears to rest. The way the gaslight the concerns of thier clients is abysmal. Vets avoided. I'm now looking for a new exotic vets in case of needing them for one of my other two pets....

The number 1 practice in the South East in my opinion. They can deal with anything, not just cats…read moreand dogs. In an area of notoriously poor veterinary centres, Trinity stands head and shoulders above them all. Brilliant in every way.

So: we were referred here because there was no vet in attendance at our usual place. The…read morereceptionists were efficient and helpful over the phone. I drove to the surgery and our puppy, who had decided to eat half a pack of Hotel Chocolat pebble things, was seen as soon as I arrived at the surgery.- no waiting around! A quick call about an hour later and the deed had been done: chocolate regurgitated and puppy ready for collection. The only problem was that the vet told me he'd be a bit subdued and fragile for the evening: wrong, you'd never have known what had happened! Thanks.

After being with this vets for decades and after spending considerable amounts of money with them,…read moreI found myself expelled from their practice without any discussion due to being a little irritable with one of their nurses over the phone when I was informed that they charge £15 to complete an insurance form! They treated me like a criminal when I rang to ask why this had happened and refused to discuss amything or to refund me health plan money I had paid but received nothing for. On moving to another, much nicer vets I discovered that Mote Park Vets have a policy that bans owners from seeing their pets' notes/medical history. I further discovered that this is very likely to be due to the personal comments made about owners on pets notes by their nurses/receptionists which have no bearing on their pets' health. They also had to be chased on numerous occasions to send the notes to my new vets. I was obviously given full copies by my new vets who thankfully have no such ridiculous high handed policy. They used to be a wonderful and caring vets, but not any more. They all seem under pressure and all are afraid of the owner - even the vets who appears to have turned into a dictator. This has been a shocking and distressing experience and after such horrible, unfair and unexpected treatment I am glad I am no longer with them.

I have attempted to resolve issues privately for coming close to 4 months. They are a pathetic…read moreexcuse of a Vets practice, and I can say this reassuringly after experiencing positive and effective veterinary care since switch practice. Samuel Hall is a coward, a pathetic excuse of a man and is more interested in hiding than being a genuinely caring practitioner. This isn't a post from a bitter person at all, and all of my communications with them including their internal 'impartial' service, is actually a closed shop to protect themselves and not actually aim to be a customer service led business at all. They do not follow their own practice guidelines when it comes to charges to their customers, communication is poor/non-existent. The communication and perception of situations are just embarrassing. Emotions aside to what has happened to my poor cat that has resulted in her eye being taken out and subsequently deteriorated and has now been put down. DO NOT GOT TO EASIPETCARE Chatham or Dartford. Under the stewardship of Samuel Hall, you may get lucky with some positive service, but I can tell you from experience of being a customer of theirs and now not, there are better Vets out there. Someone who comes from Canterbury and a family man of young children, I would expect much better.

Ok if you want a cheap vet for injections , puppy and kitten packs…read more I would give NO STARS to the PRACTICE MANAGER . But for more complex illness go anywhere but there, manager let my cat die as he wanted Full paymemt up front before he would let the vet proceed with the operation she needed, my cat was very poorly. Vet even called me afew hours later saying I have to transfer the rest of the bill straight away. I had to borrow money, so I transferred money as soon as I could, but had to get through to my son and he was working. To lend the money and for him to transfer to me. but sadly she had a massive heart attack after surgery and died. He covered it up by saying it was because she wasn't stable enough and that she was to poorly to operate. But the vet actually called me saying sorry the manager will not let me operate and at this moment she is stable and it's the best time to operate..but until the payment is paid in full, nothing he could do for her. I had left £250 cash when I came in with my cat, and told the vet I will bring remaining monies when given the total bill, once operated on. as you usually pay after and then they know what to charge. I didn't even know she has died until I got to the vet to pick her up as they called me telling me she is ready to go home, when I got there the manager and the vet were no where to be seen. A differnt vet brought me in a room and told me she had suffered a massive heart attack after surgery. I was completely devastated, and couldn't even speak. Sent a letter of complaint, got reply back from the same manager, and obviously he covered it up and lied. Would never take my animals anywhere near there never again.
