Further to my pet having surgery here, I was concerned so I called vets they advised too give her a little while which I did, I called back a week later advising my concern again, also asked a few questions on the phone before going to the appointment - only to get told false info.... seems like the receptionist wasn't paying any attention to our phone call which I found following the visit!! I was upset by this as I had previously had good service so I wrote a letter of complaint, hoping the situation to get resolved swiftly and professionally. I received a phone call to my letter from Angie the practice manager - on answering the phone she was very hostile, unhelpful and not at all understanding. All she could talk about was money and the price of the appointment - which was not what my complaint was about!!! It was about the mis communication as her staff had not listened... however all she could say to that was the misunderstanding was all my fault and hung the phone up on me - how very professional - I think NOT. I was treated and spoken to like dirt on the bottom of her shoe.. I would never ever step a foot back in this veterinary surgery after being treated like this not even if they paid me.... read more
