I was quickly checked in and had an amazing service appointment with Angelita. I go to pay and I notice (too late) that the amount being charged is more than the online bundle price quoted. When I spoke to the gal at the front she was helpful but it would have been better had she caught the issue BEFORE I caught it as I was paying. Now I have to call the manager and take up her time to help correct this issue because now it's a matter of principle regardless of the amount.

However, Jennifer made an awkward…read moresituation very tolerable by being very matter of fact while she walked me through her process--which is unlike anything I've ever experienced. There's a three-step process you handle before she gets started (while I won't get into the details I will say that having took a low-dose edible before for the pain I was slightly overwhelmed by the steps). There's also a breathing technique that I was at first a little thrown off by (it involves eye contact) but it was one of the least painful waxes I've ever had (also, her attention to detail and three-step process has made for bump-free results).
