She had a skin condition that Ivermectin could supposedly help *got that info from TikTok*. I called in advance to find out if they had the product, and if they did, could they put it on hold? They were nice enough to put it on hold, lucky for me because it was the last one. Once I picked it up and got home, I realized that half of it had spilled out. There was no seal on the bottle and as you can see in my pictures, the box had absorbed whatever spilled out. I called the store immediately and told them what happened and also stated that the sales person didn't mention that I needed to keep it upright, although I do believe it was supposed to have a seal so maybe this was used? I asked for a full refund and again lucky for me, they agreed. My experience was a 7 out of 10 simply because I had to drive all the way back to their location to return it (nobody nearby sold that particular product and I didn't have time to wait for it on Amazon). Points also deducted because I wasn't told to keep the product upright, and for the fact that it wasn't sealed. Basically all the points that I'm giving them are for accepting the return and giving me a full refund. Would I go back? Possibly. However, should there be a "next time" I may need any sort of liquid medication, I'll open it in the store first to make sure the product is sealed.

She was in a foster when I bought her but i wasn't aware she had scale rot and she was going to be used as a breeding project and a pet. The illness spread to all of my other snakes and killed 3 of them including my Albino I bought from them. Nallely was super helpful, really spending the time to explain things to me which made me feel prepared to own my first reptile. I had to go back to buy his fresh food the day after and the guy that helped me was very helpful as well. As for snake quality.. He's super hardy and has done amazing transitioning which is huge. Speaks volumes about the seller. After all of the infovideos I watched on YouTube I expected to have to leave him alone for a week, wait a week to feed and all kinds of stuff but he lets me hold him no problem, he ate the morning after being purchased (within like 3 seconds of the mouse being placed in his enclosure), and went poop just fine days after.. He seems super confident and doesn't ball up. He explores often. When he's on one side of his enclosure I'll go in and do some upkeep on the other side and he doesn't seem to mind much. Nallely said they hold all of the snakes every day or every other day which I'm sure is why he's such a great snake for a beginner like myself. I recommend! I've only had Charizard about a week and now I keep running into people that bring Killer Clutches up as great to learn and buy from. I'm glad I found this place!
