It's important to me that my dog and cats get good pet food from quality sources - and I prefer to get them grain-free food as I am allergic to some grains which makes being around their food has sometimes caused me problems. I just moved to a new neighborhood in Chico and one day, walking my dog, I saw the GoDoggy van two blocks over. I checked them out online and was excited to find they had great brands, good prices, and delivered for free in the Chico area. (Having to make the extra stop at a pet or feed store is a pain, especially with the special hours!) When I placed my first order, they called and talked to me about the food I'd ordered and then told me they would send me a sample of treats that my dog might like. And my dog loved them! Since then, I have made 3 other purchases and they have always been friendly, very communicative, and helpful. It doesn't hurt that their warehouse is only a couple of blocks away from my house, I'm sure. They have even called me out of the blue to make sure my dog is happy with the food I am ordering so they know to make sure to keep some on hand, in stock, and have ordered cat food when they knew I was going to need some. I love getting my dog's food delivered right to my front door and my dog loves the little bag of treats included with each delivery. Great selection of pet food and other supplies. Speedy service, my order is delivered a couple of days after I place it. Update 8/9/15: This business is amazing. Just got a call from them letting me know that my dog's food is on order and won't be in for a few days. She wanted to make sure I had enough dog food to get through the next few days. I have been a Go Doggy Pet Store customer since 2013. Marieke and Roeme are very knowledgeable about dog food brands. They selected a good quality food at a reasonable price that keeps my guide dog happy, healthy, and working great despite his severe hypothyroidism. Their delivery service is very important to me. We have our dogs food delivered once a month and it is extremely convenient. We don't have to make the extra trip to the feed store each month. They leave some yummy treats that our dog loves. She lets us know they have made the delivery and leads us to it. They are prompt and were very helpful on the phone when I called to change the schedule.
