I've been seeing Dr. Gena for years, and I can't say enough good things about her and the entire team. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. Last year, I unexpectedly passed out during an appointment and ended up being hospitalized for four days. Dr. Gena was incredible. She stayed calm, made sure I was taken care of, and genuinely cared about my well-being. I'll never forget how supportive she was during such a scary experience. I've also tried their SoftWave therapy, and it completely eliminated the leg pain I had been experiencing. I honestly wasn't expecting such a dramatic improvement, but it worked incredibly well for me. Another treatment I highly recommend is the trigger point massage. Estefanny is the absolute best! My job is very stressful, and I tend to carry a lot of tension in my muscles. Whenever I'm knotted up, her trigger point massages make a tremendous difference. Both Dr. Gena and Dr. Heather are excellent at chiropractic adjustments. They take the time to listen, explain things, and always make me feel comfortable. My neck and back pain have improved significantly over the years. Because I have an anxiety disorder, I don't expect to ever be completely pain-free, but regular treatment has made a meaningful difference in my quality of life. If you're looking for a chiropractic office with a caring team that truly puts patients first, I highly recommend Dr. Gena, Dr. Heather, Estefanny, and everyone at the practice. I'm grateful for everything they've done for me over the years.

He has to be one of the sweetest doctors ive had the pleasure of being treated by. I been seeing him for almost a year and my back has improved so much. I suffered for years of back pain and he's helped me get to a more agile state. Last December i was even able to do a 15 mile bike ride and feel no back pain after( hadn't rode even a mile on a bike since i was a kid too) if your looking for an amazing chiropractor in pembroke pines i highly suggest him.

I've been going to Masterson Chiropractic in Pembroke Pines (and occasionally the Weston location…read morewhen Dr. Masterson is there), and I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience. He is one of the most honest chiropractors I've ever met, and that's exactly why I continue to go back. What I appreciate most is that there's never any pressure for unnecessary treatments, packages, or products. He focuses on what's actually going on and gives you tools to help yourself long-term. When I was having neck and upper back issues, he showed me simple but effective exercises like YTWs. When I was dealing with hip pain, he gave me targeted stretches and was able to correct a leg length discrepancy that was causing discomfort. I felt real relief and improvement. Another thing I really appreciate is their availability. Any time I'm in a pinch, they are usually able to get me in the same day or the next day, which makes a huge difference when you're dealing with pain. His partner, Dr. Freedman, is also wonderful. He's very kind, informative, and even took the time to coach me on proper weightlifting technique to help prevent future injuries. Both doctors genuinely care about helping you feel better and stay healthy, not just keeping you coming back unnecessarily. I also like that you don't need a membership to be seen, they accept a wide variety of insurance plans, and they take imaging of your neck and spine before performing adjustments. They are very respectful of your comfort level, and if you're not comfortable having certain areas manipulated, they are completely understanding. The office also offers spinal decompression with their specialized tables, strong TENS therapy, and Biofreeze, all of which have provided great relief for me. I've also had massages here a few times, and they were effective and very reasonably priced. You can tell they have a loyal patient base because they're honest and don't push unnecessary care like some other places do. I truly hope they stay in business for many years. I've found consistent relief here, and I hope others are able to benefit from their care as much as I have.

I discovered Florida Chiropractic & Sports Rehab after an unfortunate foot/achilies injury that I…read morecontinued to injure through my regular exercise regimen. After reading an article about A.R.T. (Active Release Techniques) I realized that was exactly the type of soft tissue movement based therapy I needed along with more frequent chiropractic care. I've been a regular chiropractic patient for over 20 years of my life and after many sessions with my old physician I realized that I needed a completely different type therapy to rehab my injury. Visiting the A.R.T. website I did a local zip code search and found Dr. Testa and Dr. Rubin's office. They are conveniently located on the east side of Pine Island Road just north of Broward Boulevard in the old Health South building. Their office is incredibly clean but can get cold from time to time. Dr. Testa and Dr. Rubin are definitely the friendliest chiropractors I've ever been to. They're both much younger than your average chiro and always up beat and willing to talk you through the sometimes uncomfortable therapy which makes my regular visits quite refreshing! Amazing bedside manner and super professional! I always leave with a smile! I also love that they're a teaching facility and regularly host students from NSU and other local colleges for shadowing! They do share the entire second floor facility with another therapy center which is convenient if you need other types of physical therapy. You can tell they absolutely love their job and really care for their patients. Dr. Rubin and Dr. Testa's amazing personalities may have swayed me to become a permanent regular patient after my therapy is finished. I absolutely love going to my appointments even though they laugh when I use non-medical terminology like, "that part feels wonky and the thingie hurts"... to describe how I'm feeling. We all can't afford to go to medical school guys! LOL! I'm so glad I discovered these amazing physicians and highly recommend their office for your chiropractic, sports therapy, and physical therapy needs.

Their quality of care is unmatched in the area and within all of South Florida. I have been to serval chiropractors in the area and none come close to comparison. They offer PEMF-pulsed electromagnetic field therapy that helps with pain management, neuropathy, chronic fatigue, and more. They offer cupping, dry needling, laser therapy, and - what I think sets them apart the most - they specialize in ART (active release technique). I have a permanent full spinal injury and have a significantly improved quality of life because of their care.
