They seem to be pretty strict on their pain management prescriptions as they will not dispense more medicine even if you accidentally drop your pills in the toilet. Luckily my husband was taken in the back for examination and treatment pretty quickly, so I don't know what other situations aroze since we were on the way out the door within a few minutes. They gave my husband a sheet of paper with his limitations and what he should follow for the next 24 hours. He seemed to really like the doctor and he also said the medical techs were also very nice. He seemed very pleased with this office. I also thought the parking was plentiful and easy to get in and out of their parking lot. I have called three times over the past 2 weeks to speak with Dr Hall or a nurse about my care and my medication. I've been told each time that someone would call me back. That has never happened. The last time I called them to again ask to speak to a nurse or my doctor I was told I would need to make an appointment to speak to Dr Hall, costing me another $150 for a visit. My last visit was a little over 2 months ago. I don't know if this is the office, the doctor or what because previously Dr Hall has always been attentive to his patient's needs.
