I cannot recommend this facility more. The staff, George & Alessandra are professional and kind. The moment I walked in I was offered water, snacks and friendly conversation with the staff and fellow patients who were also raving about their excellent experience. I had a CT Scan scheduled for 11.30 a.m. this Sunday morning. I was seen, scan done and back in my car by 11.40. They honor appointments, make you feel important and welcome and are efficient. George came out to get me for my knee scan and I told him it would take me a few minutes to get up. He immediately came over and offered to help, although I made it on my own. I told my Ortho surgeon this is the only place I want to go for scans. Thank you all for your great service, excellent care and weekend hours as I work full time. I cannot say enough about them. Started calling on August 29th at 0800 no answer all day , no recording saying they were closed for the holiday weekend which was Labor Day So ok. Called again September 2nd , on hold 15 minutes called back, on hold 10 minutes . Finally received an appointment for September 4th Received a call on the 3rd saying my appointment was canceled , with no explanation as to way , just telling me to call for another appointment . Drove to the Coral Spring office,didn't want to be put on hold again ! Receptionist at Coral Springs provided me with another appointment. This time in Tamarac @ 9:00 pm the evening on September 4th same day as my morning appointment which they canceled for some unknown reason. Arrived at Tamarac location at 8:45 pm . No lights on, no answer at the door, no note ,just darkness . There is no number you can call after 5pm for help . Waited until 9:10 pm no one ever responded. My PCP sent a fax to your Company for a scan on my Parathyroid. Nothing was heard from you in days. I called and was told you had not received the fax so I asked if I could email the Doctor's order as I had a copy, I also asked what my copay was. As I have no idea how this process work, I also asked your assistant what the protocol was for this scan, she seemed totally uninterested in my questions. Your Assistant finally agreed to the email, I asked her to let me know that my email was received. She did not inform me. As I had heard nothing, once again I called and was told my email had been received. I proceeded to make an appointment and was given the date of Thursday April 24th and to be at your premises by 8:30 am for a 9:00 am appointment. As I had not received an answer to my question on the copay, I called and spoke with a gentleman who confirmed my appointment and the $100 copay. Today, Thursday April 24th, I arrived a little after 8:30 am and was told my appointment was actually tomorrow. I am in total disbelief that your office staff obviously don't have the patients best interests at heart. I have never witnessed such incompetence. I will once again confirm my appointment tomorrow and I will return for the test. read more

Saturday was the 3rd time in 2 years that I have been to Impression Imaging. It is located directly across the street from University Hospital and that means right across the street from my oncologist. Each time I have been there my doctor has made my appointment. I went there for a PT, CT and a full body bone scan. The staff there is always friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I am not great with needles, but I barely felt it. While I waited for the glucose go through my body, I waited in a private little room with a TV. Once my scan was done, I waited for a few moments and they provided me with a disc for myself or my MD. All in all, it's clean..the staff is friendly..they ran on time...they had Saturday hours and provided the results within 2 days. Scans make you anxious to begin with, not making me wait for results was priceless! read more

Scheduled a stress test and was told I would be in and out. "Less than an hour". It's been an hour and I'm still sitting in the waiting room! At least 10 ppl that came in 30 min after me have gone inside and I'm still sitting here waiting. I ask how long it's gonna be because I have someplace to be and they say they'll go check and then they don't come back out. I'll never come back to this place. Unless they're trying to completely stress me out before the test. Staff are nice & polite. Time management is HORRIBLE!!! I had a really great experience at the Impression Imaging office! Of course visiting an office like this is nerve wracking in itself, but the staff really made me feel comfortable. Usually you wait forever with an appointment, but I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. There is always peace of mind when a waiting area has coffee and snacks, and is updated with a fresh environment that doesn't feel stale. It really put me at ease. Updated my review and have to tell ya I was extremely impressed. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly and caring face at the check in desk. After waiting less than 5 minutes I was greeted by Sophia a lovely young lady who prepared me for my pet scan. She was quite gentle and I didnt feel a thing. I also met Isiah and then Barbara who got me ready for the scan. They were both fantastic and went out of their way to assure I was as comfortable as can be under strenuous circumstances. I have to tell y'all that if you god forbid need a scan I highly recommend Impression Imaging. Do not go anywhere else, the staff and techs are truly wonderful. read more

Finding a site to perform the PET scan the Dr ordered wasn't easy. I have lived and worked in healthcare in Broward County for more than 40yrs and hadn't heard of Impression Imaging. But after calling places I recognized and thought would be able to provide the service needed I called them from the card from the Dr's office. From the first interaction until the last, I was impressed. I will say that I did actively participate in ensuring that they had every piece of information needed for both billing and comparative analysis. The women I spoke with were all extremely polite, positive and helpful starting with Scarlett and through the others who I forgot to ask their names, especially the last one. She called me back to notify me that they had received everything they needed finally, from the Dr's office. Our interactions during the visit (at the Tamarac location with Marvin) were also great. Great customer services. The staff welcomes you and makes sure you are well accommodate while they process the forms. They have complimentary coffee and bottle of water. Quick in and out trip under 10 minutes was $2,500. Even with insurance I later got another bill for $400 nobody told me to expect. Very nice elder woman injected me with contrast and then put a bandage on my arm superman-tight. For just a small prick I took it off in the car and then realized that's because she missed the vein and I had a golfball size lump in my arm from the fluid being injected just into my skin instead of vein. Their online payment system doesn't work either. It is clean and they got the job done but for premium prices I'd rather go somewhere else. USA healthcare is a joke. The plus side is the results came in quickly but lets be honest thats any similar place practicing imagery/scans like this. read more

My primary doctor sent me to impressions and I have to say, very pleased. They called me to make the appointment as soon as i left my doctors office and accommodated me after 6pm which was awesome because I work until 5:30. The office staff was so professional (Mari & monica) were so attentive and answered all my questions, they let me know my copay before i even stepped foot in there which was also awesome. Secret billing they are not honest. Prior to scan they had to get authorization from insurance which took over a week. Upon appointment I clearly asked if there was going to be ANY charges to me. NO. Why is there a collection charge on my credit. And why was I NOT NOTIFIED. THe US medical systems completely crooked They are the ones that allow these horrendous practices They need to be regulated and held accountable. My DR referred me to this place two weeks before appointment that they made. They called me the day before and wanted my insurance info. I called the insurance co and found they had no authorization yet. Called them and they wanted me to keep appointment, which I cancelled. Insurance Co said takes 7-14 days for authorization, if I had kept the appointment, I would have had to pay for tests myself or for not keeping appointment! Not the way to do business! read more
