Terrible Company -repeated Cancelled Appointments, No return calls…read more I received an imaging order form from my doctor for two scans on 4/8/26. I immediately called to schedule the doctor-ordered scans. I was told by the scheduler, that she could not make one of the scan appointments after making my one appointment, and she transferred me to another number where no operator answered, so I left a message. No one ever returned my call that day or the entire following week. The company scheduler scheduled my a scan for the morning of April 15th at one location. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Late the night before my April 15th appointment, I received a call cancelling it. I called back the morning of 4/15/26 and made a new appointment for the same morning, an hour round trip from my home, and then raced to the location. As I pulled into the parking lot of the location, I received a call canceling my appointment. I was then scheduled for another Appointment, across the county in the afternoon. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. I next called their office and scheduled my other scan at a different location and was given a different office in for April 28th, 2026. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Subsequently, the scheduler called back to cancel the appointment. A new appointment was made for May 11th, 2026. I called the company office to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 25 minutes. No one has yet returned my call. Sent an email. No response.

I called her medical office that referred her because the associate here was on hold. I was able to get a hold of her doctor office that referred her and was able to get the fax number of this location to receive the referral order. My mom experience was good because the nurse that took care of her mammogram called her fast and took care of her. She was super sweet. The reception area was clean and the tv was playing one of my favorite show which is called "The Price is right". The parking is free and close to this location.

It was easy to make an appointment with them and best of all I didn't have to wait weeks. They got me in quickly and were able to take care of everything I needed on the same day. The location in Coral Landings II was very convenient to where I live. They also have a Baptist Urgent Care next door. I was sent a text before the appointment and was able to complete the necessary information which really speeded up my check in. On the day of my appointment I showed up 15 minutes ahead of time with my paperwork. A few minutes later they took me in. Once I was dressed and ready I was taken in for the procedures. Medical appointments are not my favorite activity but everyone here was very nice, caring, and gentle. I was offered blankets and water. I felt like my comfort was their top priority and also important to me, they valued my time. I especially appreciate the care Cora took with me during the mammogram. I need another test and based on my experience here today, I am going to book it with Baptist Health.

The location was very clean as soon as we walked in she was called in to get checked. Robin was the nurse that took care of my mom and she was super sweet and asked my mom a lot of questions to be thorough. Dr Koch was very thorough and ran some test as well. The parking is free and close to the urgent care. There was relaxing music playing in the background. Everytime I go here I always feel like everyone is thorough and quick. This location is only open until 9pm, I wish they were opened until midnight like most of the urgent cares.

I really enjoyed both my 60 minute prenatal massage and 60 minute facial with Larisa. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I've had a few prenatal massages before and this has been the best one yet. Besides the extractions being somewhat painful for a few minutes, the facial ended up feeling rejuvenating. Both services were done in the same room, which made it great as I didn't have to get up and switch rooms. The one downside is that the room I was getting my massage and facial in, was close to the girls at the front desk. A few times during my appointment, I was able to clearly hear their conversations with other guests. But as my prenatal massage and facial were wonderful with Larisa, I'll be sure to make another appointment before I deliver. Just keep in mind, this isn't a fancy spa. There aren't any locker rooms so you won't be offered any robes or slippers.
