Once again, the Yelp reviews did not let me down. Most people think Yelp is just for food. In my experience, Yelp is for communicating what your experience will be, specifically with regards to the service provided. Of course when it comes to restaurants, the taste of the food is paramount, but I've never had delicious food and horrible service and thought that was a positive experience overall. Back to the review -- I couldn't be more pleased with the experience at Central Magnetic Imaging aka The MRI Guys. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with provided friendly and efficient service throughout my visit, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for, which I deeply appreciated. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and I was able to get in promptly. The team also handled the insurance authorization process seamlessly, which was a relief. It's clear that they prioritize their patients' needs and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. In summary, my visit to CMI was outstanding. The combination of a clean facility, professional and caring staff, and the convenience of an open MRI made for a stress-free and positive experience. After waiting for an hour for an 8am appointment and looking at others sleeping in their chairs, I asked for my IDENTIFICATION cards back and left!! I wrote a review in the parking lot last week and posted and it's gone now!! WOW.... Good thing I saved it!! I left. I should've canceled this appointment ahead of time because every single step with them has been a nightmare. They're so unprofessional they don't know what the they're doing. I get there at 8 o'clock and the door says it's not open till 830 and then I give them my ID she's so worried about her Dunkin' Donuts instead of making a photocopy and doing what she supposed to do so over the place since first text from them at the end of April!!

Both of my reports indicate "no prior examinations available". I have reached out to Akumin. There is no way to reach testing locations; all calls are rerouted to their answering calls center. Terrible Company -repeated Cancelled Appointments, No return calls…read more I received an imaging order form from my doctor for two scans on 4/8/26. I immediately called to schedule the doctor-ordered scans. I was told by the scheduler, that she could not make one of the scan appointments after making my one appointment, and she transferred me to another number where no operator answered, so I left a message. No one ever returned my call that day or the entire following week. The company scheduler scheduled my a scan for the morning of April 15th at one location. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Late the night before my April 15th appointment, I received a call cancelling it. I called back the morning of 4/15/26 and made a new appointment for the same morning, an hour round trip from my home, and then raced to the location. As I pulled into the parking lot of the location, I received a call canceling my appointment. I was then scheduled for another Appointment, across the county in the afternoon. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. I next called their office and scheduled my other scan at a different location and was given a different office in for April 28th, 2026. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Subsequently, the scheduler called back to cancel the appointment. A new appointment was made for May 11th, 2026. I called the company office to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 25 minutes. No one has yet returned my call. Sent an email. No response.

The unsuccessful procedure treated on right leg ended in a bulging vein, which I had to go for a different procedure to correct the issues. The unprofessional doctor assistant had no experience with the bandaging. The front office charged my CC up front and there were no adjustments on the charges. I will not recommend this provider on this unworthy services.
