When I was having neck and upper back issues, he showed me simple but effective exercises like YTWs. When I was dealing with hip pain, he gave me targeted stretches and was able to correct a leg length discrepancy that was causing discomfort. I felt real relief and improvement. Another thing I really appreciate is their availability. Any time I'm in a pinch, they are usually able to get me in the same day or the next day, which makes a huge difference when you're dealing with pain. His partner, Dr. Freedman, is also wonderful. He's very kind, informative, and even took the time to coach me on proper weightlifting technique to help prevent future injuries. She told me that the Groupon was to see the chiropractor one day for an adjustment then the massage another day. Not convenient but we did it. We arrived for our chiro appointment. Very small and quiet office. That day the computers were down and no one was at the front desk to assist us but we grabbed the new patient forms and began to fill them out. Shortly after the doctor came and introduced himself and said someone will assist us. No one came but we filled out the forms and waited. The doctor came to get us about 20 Mins later for our appointment. He was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know before we did the adjustment. The adjustments were done very professionally and we were both satisfied. We came in a week later for our massage. Very good massage (I forgot his name) he was subbing for the regular masseuse. I wish it could've been a little more relaxing with dimmed lights and gentle music but he did explain that he's not into all of that. He just likes to get in there and massage. Someone (I believe it's the heavy set guy who works there ) knocked loudly on the door during the massage to let him know his next patient was there which I didn't appreciate ...The Masseuse ran a little late due to an accident so he was giving me my full hour to make up the late time... plus the next patient was my boyfriend.
