Dr John, Dr Conner and Dr Joe have all been excellent chiropractors. They handle each patient with care and hear any issues that you might have. I've been going to this practice for several years now. Dr John is an excellent Chiropractor and any other doctor that works with him have been highly trained and very knowledgeable and easy to work with. This practice has a physical therapy section that you could use if you're feeling very bad. They have a red light room and many other services. I highly recommend this practice if you're in pain. Dr Moore is a miracle doctor Took my dad who is 89 for an adjustment he was so in pain lower back hardly could walk in after therapy he was walking out with almost no pain. Pros: The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Con: Long wait to be seen and the "new staff" isn't well trained in providing accurate information (which will cost you both TIME and MONEY). Personal experience: I wasn't told I would have to wait about an average of 30 mins both times I was there, the initial appointment is an "hour long" (really 30 minutes). I wasn't told the first session is limited to measurements and x-rays. They won't make an exception even if are experiencing acute pain or discomfort. So you won't experience any relief until possibly your second session or third session. In your second session you go over results , not sure if you finally get adjusted or if you have to wait until the third session. They don't accept most insurances but they'll take down your insurance information multiple times only to tell you after your session that they don't take it so you'll have to come out of pocket ($120) without being made aware before hand. Their response will be "we have new staff" but the "new staff" that didn't provide any of that information was being supervised and directed by already established staff. So not sure if that's a valid excuse.... Just trying to provide future patients with the information I wasn't made aware of and hopefully limit the frustration I felt both times I went. read more

This morning I was just walking in and one of the receptionist said "Good morning Ashley, you're checked in. Have a seat.", can you beat that? I've seen two Doctors, Dr. John and Dr. Carol and they are both lovely people and great chiropractors. They listen to any discomfort or issues I've been having and help as much as they can. By the time I leave, I feel like a new person! Yes, you can feel a little sore after adjustments but my overall health is better than it was before. Since last review there have been changes. We have a new insurance and live well chiropractic does not accept and this is by choice. You start to realize the greed at its finest. When I was unemployed for a short period of time I tried to negotiate with them since we've been coming for a while and I brought along boyfriend. I was also going to recommend to family and friends but thankfully i didn't. They gave a deal but it had to be paid all upfront. You would think they could give a break then. Now it all makes sense. When I was due a refund they took their sweet time and the lack of communication deteriorated but thankfully I followed up weekly. 4 weeks after I received a check. Thankfully we found a new chiropractor that accepts our insurance. Dr. Elizabeth is no longer there but other chiropractors were amazing in short period of time. Do your due diligence on researching. What a disappointment this place became to us. read more

I first went to Dr. John 3 years ago when I could barely lift my arms up and behind me. My range of motion was terrible and it impacted my daily life as it was painful to even sit at my desk and write an email, get dressed or sleep. Within a short period of time, I was feeling great! The massage therapy treatments tops off the visit and I feel good. The office staff is welcoming and friendly. That's hard to find at a doctor's office but their culture promotes this upbeat environment. Dr. John is also committed to supporting the community. I learned about the practice when the community outreach person and a massage therapist came to treat our helpline counselors to a chair massage at 211 Broward ( a 24/7 comprehensive crisis helpline and the counselors are angels!). They offered us an initial exam and X-rays for a very low price and donated the money back to 211 Broward. After the first visit, I was hooked! Their new office in Weston, by the AMC theater, is so cool and has a great vibe. It's spacious and they have a fun kid's area. I love it there. If you're going for basic adjustments theyre great, but as my back pain was getting more severe i felt that they didnt have to tools to really help me. They're stretch therapy is a guy doing stretches on you easily done at home(on top of that he doesnt wear a mask...only a face shield while over ur body) Multiple time I've been to appointments and theres people not wearing mask or the small office is really crowded. I was apprehensive about going to a chiropractor until I came to Live Well. My first appt was thorough as they did X-ray of my body and discussed the issues I was having. I didn't have my adjustment until My next follow-up appt where Dr. Moore went over my X-ray scan and discussed adjustment treatments and the benefits. Finally it was time to get adjusted and I was very nervous until the first crack lol after that it was smooth sailing. Dr. Moore was gentle and talked me through the entire time. Every single person you meet from the receptionist in the front to every single doctor ...it's pure professionalism and kindness all the way. They also just moved to a new location and the office is impeccable! The office is clean, stylish and stocked with all kinds of tea, water and coffee for patients. Highly recommend Live Well Chiropractic for anyone looking to get their back or neck into shape like it was when they were younger. My lower back has always been an issue for me to the point where it would pinch a nerve if I jumped down from a 2 step ladder height. Being a skier, it was getting to be increasingly more painful to ski bumps and was a long term concern for me of it getting worse. They took x-rays and diagnosed the issues with my spine and went to work with corrective adjustments and I am so much better! Went skiing last month and zero pain even on some jumps.
