When I was first told with a herniated L3, L4 and L5 about him I said "just another chiro claiming that I needed surgery and wanted to put the hot pads." I've followed this chiropractor for a couple of months now on IG. My appointment was made two months in advance. Once I entered the facility, I initially noticed how clean it was. Awesome. Did X-rays. Did some prerequisite exercises... the adjustment was great. I am so disappointed that the facility is not open to a second time adjustments or appointments unless joined annually. WOW I am not a fan of the back breaker but when I had some major back issues I tried Dr. Mellman. Not your ordinary doctor's office but fun and exciting way to get better. The treatment is not only the adjustment but physical therapy which helps make it a long term fix. His staff is very personable and I have never waited to be seen and the entire time you are at his office you are being worked on to correct your issues. Upon making my initial appointment, scans were taken in order to examine the current state of my spine (which I already knew was horrible due to prolonged injuries). Over the course of these past two years, I've seen my health improve dramatically. I was born with one kidney and 2 uterus, causing a lot of challenges in my life which have led me to engage in a holistic lifestyle. Dr. Z had played a huge role in that by aligning my spine weekly, providing me information on how to improve my overall health, and becoming a part of the family. I now visit a minimum of 2x a week. Where to start...Dr. Zev and his staff are honestly the greatest! I was referred to him by a friend in January because I was in so much pain from an old injury that I was crying on a daily basis. At 1st I was skeptical b/c the other chiropractor I visited at the time didn't alleviate my pain. From day 1 I could tell that Dr. Zev's office wasn't your typical chiropractic office. There is an open plan which allows the patients to encourage each other during their warm-ups and exchange friendly banter.
