This is a very small branch of Dorothy Perkins situated in Dartford High Street. There is a good…read morerange of ladies clothes and accessories in this shop. The sales assistants always seem very friendly and offer assistance when you enter the store. This store isn't as updated as other branches with regard to appearance. There are often sales at this branch making it a good fashion shop to pop into if you are passing. This shop caters for all sizes.

Instead there are lots of higher-end stores ranging from designer clothing to designer cosmetics and designer gadgets. Actually, it's not all second-mortgage shopping here - there are some 'normal' shops too, they're just a bit nicer than most high street equivalents. There are oodles of places to get a snack on the way round, like Starbucks etc. and there is a giant foodhall with choices for the discerning and not so discerning among you. On that note, a trip to Bluewater isn't complete without a trip to Ed's Diner - have one of their awesome burgers and a spectacular milkshake to find out why. Just make sure you eat when you're finished shopping though as you will just about be able to stagger to your car afterwards with the feeling in your belly. If you go at Christmas there are some superb lights outside as you approach the car parks - giant deers are among the best ones, but be warned, it can get super busy there too. Ample parking means it's not such a chore to go and the whole place is big enough that you don't feel crammed in - it's akin to a lot of the big malls in the States, and one of the best shopping trips (if there is such a thing) you can make in this country.

It's free for disabled blue badge holders in any bay. Alternatively there is on street parking around the other side of the shopping centre if coming in from where the old Zens nightclub used to be. There are about 6 on street blue badge bays here but no normal parking. Inside the centre there are many varied shops like the 99p store great for bargains as is Wilkinsons, then there's a great Greggs for getting some lunch, there's a cheap card shop, a thorntons, a Peacocks love that store, supadrugs, McDonalds (yuk), as well as much more ie shoes, household, small stalls, nail and beauty shops, furniture etc. Well worth a visit, plus there's an indoor market area with quite a few stalls selling pet foods, clothes, shoes, mobile phone stuff etc it's small but the stalls have been there years.

I don't feel their attitudes were right to the job they are doing! A nice selection of dresses though, so if you are thicker skinned than myself then it may be worth a visit. Overall, they seemed to not be bothered with helping us and just wanted us to go as we were wasting their quiet morning. I am getting married and if the service and attitude was better I would have bought my dress from here. As it was, within 5 minutes of entering the shop I wanted to leave, we stayed and hoped they would change their attitude, but it just got worse. Once you have looked in this shop one week you might not need to go back for a good few weeks and the ranges of clothes isn't changed that often. The few clothes that I have bought here have lasted well so they are not cheaply made.
