Based on the ten other branches of Primark I've visited in the past throughout the UK and the Netherlands, this is pretty much a typical store and reminds me of other mall locations such as those in the intu Metrocentre in the North East, and St David's in Cardiff, Wales. Primark is your typical more budget fashion retailer, they do have some nifty items at low prices but of course, with the price comes perhaps lower quality or at least a variation of such. The store had a decent feel to it and a decent selection for a Primark store, in terms of being modern and standing out, it was pretty much your average large mall location of the chain to the ones mentioned and definitely beats other branches in the likes of Liverpool and Southport, both of which are in the Merseyside region. "A-OK" sums this place up, it is okay, it isn't too impressive, it's average at best, and the understaffed nature of the store, with the staff that there are not seeming to be too friendly or helpful is another downside. 3*

Taking place every 4 - 5 weeks at the great Modernist Hammersmith Town Hall, The Vintage Fashion Fair is where celebrities, stylists and many of London's overpriced vintage boutiques go to get their vintage wares. For a first timer the fair can be a little overwhelming, with dozens of knowledgeable sellers offering vintage fashion, accessories and textiles dating from Victorian times to the eighties and early nineties. Prices, predictably, are not cheap, but then this is high-end vintage. An original full length seventies Janice Wainwright dress will set you back around £100, a vintage Yves Saint Laurent jacket around £250 and original costume jewellery by the likes of Kenneth Jay Lane and Givenchy starts at around £50. My only criticism is the changing room situation. Although my reticence about stripping in front of dozens of other shoppers has decreased a little over years of buying at sample sales, the incongruity of trying on sixties Parisian couture in a town hall's toilets was not lost on me. Nevertheless, this hallowed fair is definitely worth a visit. Even if only for a browse because its friendly, charming sellers and magical atmosphere make this much more than a vintage shopping trip, The Vintage Fashion Fair is an experience.

It's not the cheapest place to buy vintage, but it is usually of a high standard, so you end up saving time by not having to trawl through so many piles of junk. Some of the sellers really know what they're talking about and have beautiful clothes. The reason I haven't given this five stars is that because due to the fact that it's indoors, it can feel a little crowded and chaotic, but as far as vintage fairs go it's comparativeley well organised, and the crowds are inevitable.

I enjoyed a quiche. My daughters enjoyed strawberries topped with Nutella. We all shared a fish and chips meal from Poppie's which I highly recommend. Probably the best fish and chips we had while in London. There are olive bars and paella and all sorts of amazing foods to enjoy. So effin cute. It's another one of those SIDN stores (Shit I Don't Need) filled to the brim with lovely, pricey, sparkly things that you wouldn't consider buying for yourself but would be nice to buy as a present for someone else. The decor of the place is beautiful and whimsical. There is the kids section in the rear with so many fun things and a beautiful golden tree mirror that i totally want transplanted into my room. There's also a selection of used/vintage (and I think new?) clothing that is fairly priced but too rich for my blood at the moment. Definitely coming back here when I need a gift for a good friends birthday.

Full of the name brand stores as well as a few mom and pop stores as well. There's also a gym, apartments, an awesome food court, and more. The food court is much better than your average mall food court. The options are restaurant quality and plenty of options. Awesome place to buy whatever you need or just to grab a meal.

It's in support of the Notting Hill Housing Association, and we've given a lot to it over the years - and maybe it's because it's local that it has good stuff - last week I found a really fantastic suit, perfect fit, for £20. Probably belonged to someone dead, come to think of it. Or someone who got even fatter than me. I guess this doubles as our local second hand bookstore, too - in that way that bookstores are being replaced by charity shops. And it has a good range of VHS and DVDs, and all kinds of pretty things for gifts.

Their knitwear selection is specially soft (as it contains cashmere) and very sexy, I loved the kimono jumper so much I bought it in two different colours beige and chocolate (£35 each). The good thing is now that the bump is gone I can still wear them by wearing a belt around the waist. Once the little one is out in this world it is an experience shopping for them. I have been to too many baby clothes shops and I have come to learn that the design of the garment is everything. Some places may have really cute little outfits but they are a pain to put them on your baby. With this in mind JoJo Maman carries lines that are very wearable, front buttons and wide necks, and are oh! soooo cute! One more thing to remember, you don't want to spend loads on clothes your baby will only wear a couple of times, clothes here a very reasonably priced; set of three bodysuits for £16.
