Heavenly yogurt
Lisa D.

Can't go wrong with Marks and Spencer's. I will often run over and grab some snacks after a long flight. Nice to wake up, and already have something quick and easy to enjoy in my hotel room. I love the yogurt selection. Always trying new flavors- and finding new favorites. So much selection/ even as a vegetarian, I never get board with my choices. Always something fun and new to try. Cashier was very friendly. Produce always looks fresh

Half of the shipping I needed help carrying to my hotel

I normally don't like to show up as a store is about to close. Unfortunately I found myself within 15 min. of closing hour. I knew exactly why I was there for except I didn't factor in the time it would take me to look through the Christmas inventory. Luckily I had the they'd stocking gentlemen to help me. Once I was ready to check out the young man working register was very efficient and helpful. He knew I had to walk to a nearby hotel so he called David to with my purchases to my hotel. Thank you all for your top quality product & top notch customer service.

Clothes area was neat and organized. Food area had a huge selection. I'll miss picking up a sandwich with a bag of crisp from here.

As a woman it's very rare that I get to feel the child-like excitement I did as a girl but as I…read morewalked through the Chelsea Hall doors and down the long corridor seeing what was ahead of me, I felt those emotions streaming back (it was like discovering and exploring your mum's wardrobe and make up for the first time - you understand ladies?) You literally can't help but be wowed by the grandeur and history of the building, the wall to wall beauty, the bright and dazzling colours, the array of materials, the sparkle, the smells, the shapes - it's literally jaw-dropping, and I loved every minute. One thing to note about Frock Me Vintage Fashion fair is that it only takes place once a quarter, but boy oh boy, do they make the most of this fantastic location and gathering of fashionistas! No corridor is left unattended (there's a lot of corridors), no wall untouched, no free spaced not filled! There are so many truly wonderful pieces of clothing, jewellery, and bits and bobs to discover you need a good few hours to truly make the most of the experience! I began looking at some items and then I realised the reason that this fashion fair is located in Chelsea. These unique and beautiful items are not cheap by any stretch which you do kind of expect for vintage but I wasn't expecting prices to be this high - around £150 plus for the majority with a few hidden gems for a lower price. I found the most stunning dress (blue silk with delicate cream lace - just beautiful) but sadly it was £180 so I had to settle for the dream of what would have been! I did however purchase an angelic, flower printed hand mirror (the kind you see in Pride and Prejudice or image Snow White to have), sure I didn't need it but the little girl in me was screaming out, so I spent the £17 and I believe it was £17 well spent - it'll definitely be something I pass on to a daughter or god daughter - but for now It's taking pride of place on my dressing table. The only other slight negative I have is that some of the vendors were quite grumpy but it was later in the day so they may have had a very busy morning and long day! The vendor who I brought my mirror from however, June, was lovely and even gave me a voucher so that I could come for free next time! Overall, the experience is just wonderful for anyone who has even the slightest interest in fashion and for just a £4 entry fee it is more than worth a visit. I will definitely be back!

I've had pretty mixed experiences at this place. The atmosphere of the place gives you the sense…read morethat the fabrics have all been there forever - like everything's just old stock and they haven't managed to get rid of it; the whole place feels a bit dusty. Even thought they advertise themselves as one of the largest carriers of Liberty fabrics, if you're actually a fan of Liberty's textiles, I'd suggest you go to Liberty itself rather than coming here, since frankly, I feel like the "enormous" Liberty stock is a lot of unpopular leftovers that never sold. Aside from Liberty fabrics, the other textiles they carry just aren't that nice - but the prices don't reflect their relatively underwhelming quality - not that they're expensive or even overpriced, per se, they just aren't a good value... you wouldn't dash in here in a pinch and come away with something you were fond of, nor something that was a bargain. The service here is also mixed. I once had a great experience when I was once looking for a very specific type of fabric in a very specific colour, and they were very helpful to the extent that they searched with me and even went out of their way to check their back stock. So at times they really seem to care about serving their customers, but I've also had just *okay* service here - so it probably all just depends on who is working. For the most part, I'd say there's no good reason to make a point of coming here... unless you're looking for an out-of-print Liberty fabric, which they very well may still have... collecting dust on the shelf.

I almost didn't go to Shaukat because of the previous review, so I kind of feel obligated to tip…read morethe scales a bit here, as I really enjoyed myself. The service when I went in was extremely hands-off. I don't like to be bothered when I'm shopping, but even so... I felt totally lost in the store and really could've used some guidance - signage - a friendly staff person - something. That said, when I actually asked for help, they were friendly and told me everything I needed to know. I found a lot of classic prints, including Capel, which is my one true fabric love, at cheaper prices than at Liberty itself - not everything here is just old prints that didn't sell, lots of the patterns they had were on the shelves when I went to Liberty (although admittedly, it was more classics than seasonals). And they had the wool/cotton blend I wanted in a limited selection as well, which I was very excited about. All in all, I'm really glad I made the trip out here. Not luxe by any stretch of the imagination, but a really fun and affordable-for-Liberty-fabric shopping experience.

Do you like Zara? PRO tip: this is my favourite one. Double PRO tip: it seems to be the favourite…read moreof many, so early morning just-when-it-opens shopping? *Best*. I like the feel of this space; it's really open, and light and over two large floor as opposed to several smaller ones. It has extensive women's and men's, *as well as* Zara Home at the back. Because of the size (or maybe other factors, but I'm crediting size) they always have the stock I'm in need of, either on the floor or easily secured by tapping one of the many staff on the floor (they now can insta-check stock through fancy touch screens. TECHNOLOGY, man). In sum: yes, this place will get you some fine affordable glad rags in a beautiful environment, and you might even have a throw pillow catch your eye in the process. Yelp note: seriously, though: bonkers on a Saturday afternoon, so maybe avoid that.

The shop lights were still on, and we could see people inside (who we later realised were all staff). We approached the automatic doors, but they didn't open. We checked the store's Saturday closing time on Google Maps and saw it was 7:00 pm. Just as we were about to give up, we noticed a staff member inside with long, straight brown hair, smiling and gesturing for us to come in through the glass door. Although we knew the store had already closed, I initially thought the staff member was being kind and generous by inviting us for a quick look. However, despite her repeated gestures, the automatic door remained shut. After a while, I realised the staff member had no intention of letting us in and was, in fact, making fun of us. I felt completely mocked and ridiculed, leaving me with a sense of being insulted. Later, the same staff member made a gesture with her hands, appearing to mouth an apology, but by then it felt insincere. I couldn't shake the feeling that this incident was racially motivated. She seriously needs to learn how to treat others with basic respect, even before receiving any customer service training. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and I will not be returning to ZARA again.
