This board though!

I came here after work for a get-together with co-workers, and I was impressed! At the back of this little grocery store is a wine bar! Who would have thunk it? The wine selection is extensive. The server was very knowledgeable and friendly about the wines and our indecisiveness. But let me tell you about the best part...the charcuterie board was amazing! From the bread to the nuts to the meat, perfectly paired with the wine! I had a grand time in this small but quaint space.

Salmon is always on the market. I absolutely love that! Friendly service and delicious food. This place is a gem. They weigh your food so you have to pay to play. Anytime I'm downtown I stop in for lunch.

Breakfast Sandwich (w cheese, bacon, hash browns and eggs) $4.99 and by-the-pound eggs and hash browns $2.30.

This place is great. Their coffee is awesome and so are their dessert items at the coffee counter. I love their biscotti and scones personally. Throughout the work week, I'll grab a made to order sandwich at least twice. It's consistently yummy. In the pic attached, I ordered a made-to-order almond chicken salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and mustard. You can pick from their menu or make your own. It's a little on the pricier end but it's filling, fresh and healthy. 8.99$ includes a side. I also like their soups a lot. On weekends I love getting their breakfast burritos. In my pic attached, this burrito has cheese, bacon, hash browns and eggs, all for $4.99. The other meal in the pic is eggs and hash browns priced by the pound $2.30. I haven't yet tried the wine bar at the back but I have always wanted to! It looks like a cool place to go and I've heard that the server knows a decent bit about the wines.

Went to the ski lodge on the side walk outside market street(previously the lemonade stand during the summer) for my birthday. They just updated with tables with fires in the middle to make outdoor seating possible. I didn't get cold the whole even though it was below freezing. There were great views of downtown and the Christmas tree from our table. They had a handful of hot cocktails and an abbreviated food menu (a couple sandwiches and apps). It wasn't that busy (we got a table right away and it was a Saturday night. The bartender was very nice and attentive. Would definitely go back, it's nice to have a safe outdoor option during the winter months!

So cute! Prime location, prime workers, and prime products! My boyfriend and I wandered in on a Saturday, and we were very impressed. The grocery has fresh produce, cheese, dairy, gelato bars, sandwiches, coffee, wine, prepared foods, and the list goes on. They also have a gabe et jules counter with croissants and macaroons. I will definitely be back to indulge.

So unique....you can eat and drink wine same location but two different vibes! When you enter you are greeted by the deli side. The atmosphere is bright and upbeat. Immaculately designed and fresh....various menu options to choose from. You will be greeted by friendly staff that welcome you upon entering. Centered right in the heart of Market Square but quiet enough to unwind after a rough day. Now onto my favorite the wine bar! Cassidy immediately greets you and makes you feel at home. This ultra relaxing atmosphere (which is located in the back end of the store) offers a reclined atmosphere. Great for a group of friends to gather or quaint enough to relax and enjoy own your own. Generous pours and variety is what you can expect. I really enjoyed my visit!

The food is a little pricy for what it is, but everything was tasty for the most part. They have a build your own sandwich area along with a menu of other options. Sandwiches are made to order which is always a great touch. I love the area as well - it's located right in market square making Market St Grocery a convenient stop for lunch during the work day. Additionally, the coffee there is excellent. Aside from their food stations, they're also a market meaning they sell other groceries, wine, etc. The place was cozy, the service was good, and and overall, I'm very happy to have stumbled upon Market St Grocery. I will definitely be back!

This market is wonderful. Such a great addition to the downtown area.

This is really a gem in the downtown area. Market Street Grocery is a wonderful addition for downtown residents and workers alike. It's a charming little space with lots packed in it. There's Jules & Gaby for delicious macarons, prepared hot and cold foods, and if you're searching for caffeine, let one of the baristas make you a latte or cappuccino. I come here somewhat regularly for lunch. There's always a great selection of hot foods including soups to choose from. And the prices are very reasonable, definitely cheaper than going to Blue Bird Kitchen. My favorite spot is the wine bar. It's a great casual space to hang out alone or with others. The staff is nice and very knowledgeable. They have happy hour from 5-7pm everyday. I've tried a couple of the little bites and they're pretty good. I love the fromage d'affinois and tallegio cheeses.

One of the wine bars amazing sangrias!

I can not recommend this place enough! It's such a wonderful place if you live downtown and need Simple ingredients for something. But my favorite part is their wine bar! Seriously the best sangria I've ever had. The wines and cocktails have been wonderful as well. The bartenders are always super nice. Definitely stop in for a drink!

Walking up to Market Street Grocery can briefly transport you another place. The grand structure with big windows sits on a small side street off of bustling Market Square. In the summer, bright blue tables and chairs line the sidewalk. This afternoon the scene struck me as very French! That vibe continues on the inside with a La Colombe coffee bar and Gaby et Jules macaron counter. You can build a great lunch from the cold food case, which is priced by weight. I don't purchase many of their specialty grocery items, but it's nice to swing by Market Street Grocery on my lunch break if I ever need to pick up an ingredient for dinner. I've always had quick and friendly service from the staff as well.

Our table had two servers assigned to us, which was interesting. I'll be honest, I was skeptical of the prices and that I would leave hungry, but I was proven wrong! I was extremely full, and we went during happy hour so we got one of those deals! Split between 3 people, the bill was pretty reasonable! We each got a personalized wine flight. I got a rosé, Riesling, and Pinot Grigio - the rosé was my fav! Everything else we ordered: -Whipped Sheep's cheese w/ truffle honey + chips -Jamón & Manchego Croquetas (happy hour deal) -Patatas Bravas (happy hour deal) -Mussels + homemade sausage -Albondigas aka spiced meatballs (happy hour deal) -Bacon wrapped dates -Potato tortilla -Spiced beef empanadas -Espresso martini -Chocolate cake Overall I really enjoyed everything! Hard to pick a favorite, but I'd say my least favorite thing was the bacon-wrapped dates (I just don't eat dates very much). I was a little disappointed in the size of the empanadas, I'm used to eating bigger ones from other restaurants, but they were still very tasty! The food came out fast and was super fresh! Our main server Becca was funny, relatable, and really made this such a fun experience! She also treated us to the sangria chug (not sure if that's the official name but that's what I'm calling it lol). The dim lighting and dark decor makes a perfect ambiance for a girls night or date night!

I've only ever been for brunch and the offerings were delicious. We chose from an array of tapas that included olive oil pancakes, roasted carrots, gambas al ajillo, hummus, focaccia and more. I had a glass of Tierra Limpia (brut/sparkling) that was very good. The atmosphere is modern with European flair. Good service.

I went here today for brunch with my friend and we had the vegetarian empanadas. Wow. I think they were the most delicious ones I have ever had. That's saying a lot cuz I'm Latina. The dough was the perfect texture and you could taste the freshness. And the filler ingredients were a delicious balance of flavors. For lunch I had the Ensalada nicoise. I'm very picky about my tuna - I only buy tuna from Basque Country in Spain. The salad was absolute perfection. The tuna was incredible. Each ingredient was fresh and absolutely wonderful. The salad was a perfect voice for lunch. The service was wonderful. The space was beautiful. Can't wait to return.

The only food similar to Argentina was the empanadas, but were really small for a $12.00 price point. The flan was really disappointing, they don't even put dulce de leche or cream on it, it tasted t like one bought at a supermarket, so dull and again $12.00 ?? The Milanese de pollo was really good but not close to Argentinian style, no fries no fried eggs included. My issue is that they use the Argentinian style label as a marketing tool and they are not even close. The price was ridiculously high for the experience.

Avoid this restaurant. They make mistakes constantly on togo orders…read more On day one, I had ordered a bread pudding and paying for it. After waiting 30 minutes for it, they decide to come out and tell me that they are out of bread pudding. It would've been beneficial to know that prior to paying, however, they did not even offer a refund. Instead, they told me they would give me a tiramisu instead. On day two, I placed an order for a salad with a chicken skewer upcharge. Upon getting my order and opening the container, I saw that the skewer was not in there despite being charged $10 for it. The other items here at the restaurant were not good, and I do not recommend this as they don't want to make good quality food. Lobster ravioli is pretty dry and tough to chew. Tiramisu is missing that earthy coffee flavor. Chicken caprese says that it comes with fresh mozzarella, however, they only gave us small circle of cheese on one side of the sandwich (covers about 1/4 of the sandwich). Do not get the truffle fries, they are the exact same taste as the normal fries. Last, the crab and shrimp dip is highly inconsistent. The first day, it was good and actually had pieces of shrimp. The second day, zero shrimp. In the end, this restaurant has several deficiencies that they do not seem willing to resolve.
