Mason is the owner of both of them. But the World Bazaar has no food, just a million items of interest for your home or person. I bought two of the scarves he had -- there is a great variety -- for only $14.95 each. What a bargain. And one of them matched exactly the sun dress I just bought at Cotton n Stuff. There were many many Eastern and Asian statues, Buddha-heads and art pieces to hang on your wall. The prices are very reasonable and it is a fun place to browse.

The manager, who I believe was named Vi or Vianka, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and passive-aggressive throughout our interaction. Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as customers. We were simply trying to shop, and there was no reason for us to be treated the way we were. I understand that retail can be stressful, but customer service should always remain respectful and professional. A manager sets the standard for the rest of the team, and based on our experience, her behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in that position. I hope HomeGoods looks into this matter and reminds its management team that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.

I stopped at the warehouse sale I happen to catch and the team was really eager to help me after discussing my wants and needs and budget. There was one set that I wasn't totally sold on so I left that day without anything, but I couldn't stop thinking about it so I went to the store the next day in the village and John was able to help set me up with order and payment and delivery all before the 4th of July! Delivery was smooth they showed up on time and were able to bring everything into the backyard and AJ went above and beyond and helping style to make our backyard cozy. They didn't have the side table that came with my set in stock at the time of delivery, but they let me choose another one and I picked up at the store at a later time. I didn't even think about using Skyler's because I assumed it would be out of my budget, but I'm really happy with my purchase and now our backyard is cozy and usable. I would consider shopping at Skyler's next time I need a new piece of furniture. I love that it's locally owned and the customer services above and beyond thank you AJ, John Skyler and Brent!
