Fantastic experience at Rug Expo. I purchased two beautiful wool rugs for my home and couldn't be happier with both the rugs and the experience. Ray helped me and was exceptional -- knowledgeable, patient, low-pressure, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right rugs for the rooms rather than simply making a sale. The selection at Rug Expo is enormous, with a particularly impressive range of high-quality wool, handmade and natural-fiber rugs. They also cut high-quality pads specifically for both rugs, the pricing was excellent, and the service from beginning to end was first-rate. Most importantly, the rugs look fantastic in the house. The living-room rug completely transformed the room and works beautifully with the furniture and hardwood floors. I'm attaching a photo of the finished room. I looked at rugs from a number of different sources before buying these, and Rug Expo offered a terrific combination of quality, selection, value and personal service. I would absolutely buy from them again -- and probably will when I'm ready for my next rug. Highly recommended. read more

We brought a 9'x13' rug for cleaning that had been in my 90-year-old dad's home for over 25 years. It had dark stains and smelled terrible. Within one week, RugExpo had it cleaned to perfection. We can now see the contrasts between the colors and the stains are gone. It's actually a beautiful rug but we couldn't tell before it was cleaned! Plus, it smells really, really good, as though we have an air freshener in the room. I can't recommend rug expo highly enough! read more

Thank you so much for the fantastic experience! I was looking for a good quality rug, wool and handmade in very specific colors and pattern, I spent a couple of weeks looking at diferrent businesses online and was very hesitant to place an order due to prices and shipping costs and I couldn't see it or feel it in person. I went to two rug stores before I visited Rug Expo, finally I went to Rug Expo on Miramar Rd. and I found the best rug of all the rugs I had seen. Their selection is very ample and the quality is premium. I walked away with the perfect rug, the colors and pattern I was looking for and I received great customer service personally from the owner and at a very good price overall. I recommend Rug Expo as the place to go to if you want quality, variety and good prices. read more

They repaired my rug. These guys broke my heart, in a good way. I have a rug approx 120 yrs old. It was one of my late father's inherited rugs. It was destroyed by moths and lack of care (me). Nobody would even take it to examine. Rug expo can and took it away and I literally cried when they brought it back. It was amazing. I cannot recommend them more. I can't believe they did all that work. There was extensive deterioration and moths. They cut it to save what they could and painted it/dyed it all to be as bright red as it once was. I was floored at what they did. And a very reasonable cost. I'm considering putting them in my will. read more

Better schedule some extra time to view the selection of carpets here! This was the third rug I purchased here. It had been quite a few years since my last visit but the owners remembered us. As in the past, I spent some time looking for exactly what I wanted without really knowing what it was but the staff provided some direction until I found what I thought would be perfect for the space. Since it cost somewhat more than I had thought of spending and was on the fence about it, the owner let us take it home to try it in our space. We did decide to keep it but I'm sure they would have been gracious if we felt it wasn't right and didn't purchase it. Again, the selection is largest I've ever seen so it's not too hard to find something that you will love. And the family that owns the business are delightful to do business with. read more

They did a great job with my 2 oriental rugs. 3x5 & 4x7 They hand washed them making them look like new. They also cleaned up the edges with a new binding to prevent it from deteriorating more. Over all I am extremely happy with the work and the cost. read more

I took a 100+ year old braided rug, handmade by my great aunt, to Rug Expo for cleaning and repairing. They did an absolutely phenomenal job, perfectly clean, and all loose parts secured by stitching. Bijan was so helpful and informative. My rug was ready in record time so we could transport it to Colorado as a gift for our daughter & son-in-law. Thank you, Bijan - great customer service & work! read more

We had a great experience with this store. Ray was very attentive and helpful. They have some beautiful products and the prices seem fair.

They have every color, style, and size imaginable! I have shopped there a few times - always completely satisfied! I had specifics of what I was looking for and I was given 100% attention and never rushed. I had a budget and there was never any attempt to exceed it. They brought down so many rugs for me to see. I felt bad because once it was down it wasn't quite right and they were so nice and accommodating and said that's why they bring them down to see them in different lighting. It took a few rugs being taken down and spread out (thanks to their strong guy who did it all) but I ended up with the most beautiful rug that is perfect! Beautiful rug, excellent quality, and under budget. It's so nice to deal with a nice people that care! They're great!!!! read more

I just bought a wonderful quality rug from Rug Expo. They are so helpful. Lily is one of the owners and she guided us to the right section for our price range and style. The place has so much choices that it would have been overwhelming if it wasn't for Lily. It's also nice to know that they also do the deep cleaning and repair if ever needed. If you need a rug of any size and style, they probably have it. Go check them out. read more

I can't say enough good things about this family run business! Their service goes above and beyond in what you would expect when shopping for the right rug in your home. It was our first time here. We checked out the website, and decided to see them in person. The rugs look great! My husband face timed me as the owner, Bijan Farrokhi toured the beautiful assortment of rugs on racks. We specifically were looking for quality as well as durability to replace a worn 9x12 area rug in our living space. Mr Farrokhi was patient and helpful and we narrowed it down to 2. I cannot stress how satisfying it is to find exactly what we needed, and it looks so good in our home. I recommend this wonderful business as a go to for quality yet affordable rugs. Whether it be any room in your home, one of these purchases will be with you for many years to come. Thank you Rug Expo and Mr Farrokhi! read more

I have read many positive reviews about this place so I decided to stop by and look for a living room rug for our "kids area". The owner spent a great deal of time with me explaining how the rugs were made, how to clean them (we have kids and dogs so I was hesitant about spending more than we usually have, but also tired of the cheap rugs getting gross pretty fast), and we looked at many, many rugs at different price points. I appreciated their entire team's patience and I'm really happy with what we came home with. read more

Amazing experience. Raheem and his team were so helpful to us. From educating us to pulling multiple rugs down to the floor for us to experience it, the service was top notch. They even allowed us to take a couple rugs home just to see how they would look. We ended up with the perfect rug. In the future we will buy more rugs from here. Highly recommend. I absolutely love coming to the Rug Depot. What a beautiful family owned business. Today I learned about the quality of a handmade Persian rug along with many others. The owner and his wife are incredibly kind and patient. If you are looking for quality this is an investment you won't regret. I look forward to coming in soon for a rug for my hallway next. Fantastic prices as well, I know I couldn't have done better! Thank you so much. read more

We have a large semi-antique Persian Mashad rug that was long overdue for a cleaning. Additionally, one corner of the rug's fringed edge was frayed and unraveling due to damage in a moving truck fire (long story!). They did a terrific job on the cleaning, breathing new life and brightness in to the rug. We were very pleased with the repair to the damaged edge and the addition of new fringe. While the two end edges no longer match, they are 12 ft apart, so I don't think it's noticeable. read more

Before you purchase an area rug, don't spend a lot of money if you are thinking of getting it from Rug Expo. This is how the area rug g we purchased looks like after 1 month. You can get better quality for less or the same price. This is very disappointing that the carpet was very expensive. read more

I was referred to this business by a friend who brings her decorative Moroccan rugs here for cleaning. I brought two antique rugs in major need of repairs including some sewing. Both came out flawless! In fact, my antique Tibetan tiger rug had come from a home with dogs and had stains. After the first cleaning it still needed more love, so they graciously cleaned it again and it came out nearly completely restored. Incredible customer service and helpful phone calls to follow up on the status. To top it off, they're fairly priced and also sell a gorgeous selection of rugs. I will not take my rugs anywhere else. read more

(I haven't purchased a rug from them yet) this is solely based on my first encounter going in. I was moving into a place and wanted to get an idea of some rugs that were able to be picked up and didn't have a wait time for shipping. This place has a huge selection. Every size you can think of! A few employees are there at a time & are very helpful. I gave the employee some sizes and she helped show me some of the ones that fit my ideas. I didn't get one yet but the lady was so nice in just showing me around.
