I cannot give enough nice compliments for the wonderful job Shawn and his artisans did on our rug. We have a beautiful high-end antique rug that came with the house when we bought it. This is an extremely large rug and I love it, but it needed some serious attention. Shawn came to evaluate it and assured me he could rescue the rug. The fringe was ripped in several places, and the rug needed trimming. It had little broken threads over the entire surface. These threads needed to be hand cut in order to not cause further damage. There were also large urine stains, and one area of blood stains from a dog fight. Yes, we have dogs, and the dog survived the fight. They took away the rug and worked their magic. I was amazed, they did a fabulous job restoring a beautiful piece. We are overjoyed with the results. Having learned our lesson from the dogs, we kept the two separated when we went out, and starting using potty pads for the older one. Sadly, she has now passed, and we leave a few pads out for the other one "just in case" at night. We know that whatever happens, Shawn and his crew can fix it. Thanks Shawn. read more

Shawn and his staff are very professional--they spend as much time as you need to help pick out the right rug, and then quickly deliver it and help set it up with the right pad. One of our rugs became damaged when the vacuum cleaner pulled a loose thread, and Shawn sent his employee over and fixed the rug quickly and beautifully.
