At first I was a little frazzled when I realized you need to order on the website and then come down and pick it up. This was no problem. I called back from the parking lot, placed my order, and they brought it out and put it in my car. I'm sure if it was a busy time this may have taken longer. Bottom line: they are doing this the right way. I had no physical contact with anyone so all i needed to do was wash the groceries when I got home, which I do anyway! Great service. Decent selection for a country store. Friendly and helpful staff. Much safer than going to the grocery store for us and for them. I highly recommend this business.

It had a dip that had a quart of yogurt has some slicing cheese on burgers. It had the kind of crackers it had a cream cheese. It had about seven different items in the bag for $25. I really felt that was a very good value Because it's directly from the farmer. They had a lot of good deals today. They are fresh local meats and cheeses pies from humble pie company and waffle. They also had ice cream from like five different companies. This was a lot of fun so glad I bought the ticket. It was only $10 and well worth the price. My intentions had to take my grandkids up here so they can see the cows and stuff and they can get ice cream a different day.

Interesting Stop&Shop in Grafton. Now, wouldn't a normal,…read morelogical human being would think that prices on items would be less, hence the fact this store is located in Grafton, an in-the-middle-of-nowhere town that wouldn't be classified as "rich" (no town that has a flea market can be rich....). However, the reality is just the opposite. Everything here is completely OVER priced. Now, since I live far, far away from here and closer to larger, remodeled Stop&Shop locations, WHY would I shop here? Well, I actually asked myself in the store. And came to the conclusion that, simply, I wouldn't. There is NO reason. Yeah, for Grafton residents it works for small food shoppings, but if I did live in the area I would make the 15 minute drive to that NEW Market 32 on 146 in Sutton (I stopped by there last winter and it was AMAZING!) to do a full shopping. Self Checkout is old, and selection is smaller than your typical SUPER Stop&Shop. If this was an ordinary review, I would have given the Grafton Super Stop&Shop only 2 stars. However, the employees at this store are super friendly, kind, and helpful. The lady working at Self Checkout, Roger, and Managers Peter & Alexandra. Everyone was super friendly, kind, and helpful during my experience. 3 stars for this Stop&Shop. They have some work to do, but it's perfect for convenience and has great employees.

Products are consistently mislabeled, put in the wrong place or old labels left up, so much so that…read moreit is a very regular occurrence that we find items we purchased rang up wrong and regularly have to go back to the store for price adjustments or to return things. We purchased two bags of flour marked down to $.79 that had a tag directly in front of them and no other tags/items around (and more bags of flour in the same spot), they weren't on sale at all and were $4-5 and the tag had been taken down when we came back so we had to return them. On our next trip, a coffee creamer was marked as being $2.49 so we bought it to try and it was $5. Turns out it (as well as all of the other identical creamers) were "in the wrong spot" and had been moved around when we came back to have the price adjusted. This honestly happens at least one in three times we are here. The labeling is done so incompetently that you cannot rely on prices being correct even if you are diligent. This has been an ongoing problem for at least the last year or two but possibly longer, that is just how long we've lived here and seen it happen. I've never known any other grocery store to have such a consistent issue properly labeling their stock.

I have spoken to the management about this and they were very helpful. They even checked security footage, and, given how long I have been a customer, they were very receptive. A woman with very long, frizzy, dyed-black hair, heavy-set in tight blue jeans, appears to have been videotaping me, holding her phone straight up, with her back to me on the way into the store. She then stops, keeping the phone straight up, so I turned around and rode my cart out the entrance and back outside just to get out of her camera range. As I shop I go into aisle 3 and I have proven with my receipt I needed to be there. This woman is standing near the end of the aisle with her back to me and she extends her left arm to show me her camera's eyes. I get what I need and again, turn around and go back out the way I came in to avoid her camera's gaze. She did not move the whole time. After I leave I go to put my cart away. I am vey close to the brick wall to the right of the entrance. She suddenly drives her cart up to me on my right and I am now standing between her and the wall. I see her camera's eyes (filming me at close range) and the back of her head. I turn to my left to walk around her to avoid her completely. When I get to the car, she is still standing there and looking my way. Then she won't leave the parking lot. Then she drove around the back. I want what she actually did to be known if she now chooses to identify me as a part of her life. I can guarantee you no one reading this has ever heard of anything like this at this location before now.
