I sent him back to get the case and they didn't give him the branded cleaning cloth. Looks to me like they'll do anything to improve their profit margin including ripping off someone who is a label chaser and knows what she paid for! I have acery good insurance plan. I was planning on paying out of pocket to get my Prada glasses turned into sunglasses. Was going to bring my grandson for his glasses. Nope! I learned my lesson. They don't care about ppl. Just their money!

I found Tracy to be helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about my eyeglass concerns and increases in prices. After collecting the required information that she needed from my eye doctor, as well as, other information that she needed from me to complete the eyeglass sale. Tracy spent some time in assisting me in the selection of the right glasses, and then reviewed the different eyeglass features and the related prices to these features. As she informed me upon purchasing theses new eyeglasses, the entire process to create the eye lens and receive the new eyeglasses took two weeks! I'm happy to have met Tracy as a representative of "MyEyeDR." and appreciate the time she took in helping me pick out the right pair of eyeglasses. Respectfully, Marshall Moses

Since I was following the text I received at 1:45 PM yesterday, I told them that was when I was coming. The staff who called me insisted that I agreed to a time change when they called me yesterday. I remember the call to confirm but not the time. I checked my phone and the call was at 12:32 PM. Over an hour later, the text I received confirmed 1:45 PM. I have liked the doctors but have really disliked the staff at the Levittown offices. I'm unsure if I want to reschedule with them.

Post appointments have also been equally as horrible. I was yelled at by Dr. Stein himself after asking for help. I actually feel unsafe going to any of these offices. They are not providing safe and quality care. Please be careful. I did allow the office to try to fix their mistakes over the past month and it has only gotten worse. They also over charge immensely in comparison to the technology and care they provide. They will happily take your money and traumatize you along the way. Please read the reviews. Don't be like me.

I was fine with this. After seeing multiple people be called before me I went to see what was going on. I was told I never gave my name. I was never asked for my name. A different person was at the welcome desk and she said she couldn't explain why because she wasn't there when I came in. It's a small business so I asked her to go get the other person which she did not do at this point. There were more people waiting and I was not going to leave my name and be on the bottom of the list so I left and went to another provider. I don't know if this was a one time experience, but it was my experience and I won't be returning to this location to buy glasses.

Customer Service 2. Eye ball pictures 3. Easy to follow explanation I wish I knew the name of the person who did my eye imaging and eye pressure before Dr. Harris because she was a doll! Literally the sweetest human being, we chatted like we were long lost BFFs catching up. She was kind enough to tell me about each machine and what they did because I am a curious girl. I then met with Dr. Harris who was equally as nice and was thoughtful to explain a few things going on with my eyes. He then gave me contacts to try and even answered all my questions about different eye drops I had. I was in a rush so did not pick my glasses out this visit, but the front door ladies were also just sweet as can be and so helpful. I wish I had one bad thing to say about this place but sadly I do not. Ohhh, and if you don't need glasses I would simply go there to see all the random celebrity pictures in their waiting room wall. No idea why Shaquille O'neal comes all the way to Yardley for his eye care, but there he was!

I have been a customer of this practice for 30 years going back to when I first moved to the area…read more Overall through that period, I was totally satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness. This was demonstrated by the sincere interest in delivering consistent care from all staff from receptionist through physicians. My most recent experience through cataract resolution however has shown that even though overall care remains good, there perhaps have been some slippages in services as the practice has evolved through name changes and as staffing and reorients itself. On the occasion of something as significant as cataract surgery, as opposed to routine care and check ups, you of course would want everything up to surgery, through surgery, and in after care to go perfectly. The expectation is sort of like what it was for the famous incident of the commercial airline pilot who had to emergency land his plane after a bird strIke in the Hudson River. He did so successfully with no one injured through rescue and recovery. All of his training - and that of every other staff member - was tested with results delivered exceptionally in every step. I similarly came through my cataract surgery and after care OK. But there were some moments of what I will call minor "turbulence" along the way that could have been avoided in my opinion as noted below. First, the choices to be made around lens replacement type are rather complicated. I would have hoped for more proactive advice versus passive advice from the physician on offering thoughts based on my lifestyle for the lens most suitable for me. I think if I had not done as much of my own research, it would have taken much longer to be comfortable with the surgery. There is a lot to understand. It should be explained as thoroughly as possible and at a pace sensitive to the ability of any patient to absorb all the information. Second, beyond type of lens implant, the decision on type of eye drops, all-in-one versus 3-drop regimen, needs to be carefully reviewed with patient. There is a huge difference in costs and eye care activity / follow up required from patient based on your choice here. I opted for what I understood to be the less costly though more involved 3-drop regimen. Due to an initial oversight by staff my prescriptions eventually included a "brand" eye drop that was $345 out-of-pocket on top of the other two which added up to about $100. Fortunately I declined this third of three eye drops at the pharmacy. I immediately called the office to clarify the correctness of the prescriptions, A 'generic' version of third eye drop was at significantly reduced cost of only $ out-of-pocket! Third, a lot of forms are presented in advance of surgery for sign off and submission at separate times and to different parties. A better check off list should be available to patients to get through that process. I am pretty savvy so was able to get through this but with some aggravation and fortitude. There must be an easier way to get patients through that process. Fourth, the communications between office scheduler and those at separate surgery center should be flawless. I arrived at the surgery center ready for work on my left eye and discovered their records had me set up for the right eye. Pretreatment you do with eye drops you that you must start days before the surgery is for the eye to be operated on. I had paperwork confirming the left eye was to be done. After the surgery center checked with the physician it was confirmed they were to proceed with the left eye and it was confirmed the lens for the left eye was ready. The center records were corrected and surgery proceeded on schedule. Fifth, and certainly minor, during next-day-after-surgery follow up visit on the second surgery for the right eye, there was a glitch in the set up of the exam room. I was being asked to recite the eye chart even though as I noted to staff member the chart was not turned on to project on the wall in the correct area. The staff member eventually noted the problem and corrected the projector positioning. Again this was minor, but one would think execution of perhaps something like an exam room "set up check list" between patient use would avoid such a mishap. In summary and closing let me emphasize that in spite of the 'mishaps' I experienced, I still consider the practice good overall. I just think some refocus on the little things may both help them move into the 'exceptional' category - my opinion - and at same time prevent them from slipping down into the average.

I said I told the assistant I was ordering glasses online and they should have takes all the measurements. They stated "Well we Didn't" So now I have to go somewhere else and pay again. I complained and the receptionist didn't care, say come back we will take it I got nothing from her. Bad Business.
