We chose a black checked vest and accouturements for the bridal party and family members. No matchy, matchy business here. My husband wore a matching ivory checked vest with an ivory shirt. It took us about an hour or so to register our party with their various needs (full tuxes or parts of tuxes). Two days before the wedding, the bridal party men and other family members picked up their tuxes. They only had one alteration to do, but it was manageable in the timeframe. For the wedding, the guys looked fantastic! Working with Men's Warehouse especially the Mequon location was great. We had no big problems or drama arise in the process. They were also understanding when my husband's bowtie was returned without the tux. They said it's a common occurence. All in all, Mequon's Men's Warehouse is a great location with a friendly, helpful staff and a wide selection of tux choices.

There is much more product in the store than I initially anticipated and one could spend a fair amount of time browsing everything from womens and mens apparel to dog accessories to cook books to candies. There are many unique items that make fun gifts for relatives and friends; I often come here to find something for that hard-to-shop-for person. I have been in this store many times and it is always clean and well organized. The associates are friendly. However, a strange phenomenon occurs in this space. Time does not seem to exist. Not for the customers, not for the employees, just not at all. Ever. Don't get me wrong, the calm atmosphere is relaxing and I dont enjoy the hustle and bustle ever. It's often a neccessary evil. However, it should not take 40 minutes to make a simple exchange with 2 cashiers and a customer at each register. When an older lady tried to cut in front of me in line, after I waited all that time, I nearly lost my cool. The snail's pace is my only issue about this store. I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Recently I visited and the quality of the clothing here is still high. When I was there, they were running a coat special: drop off your old coat for donation and get $20 off your purchase. I knew I had a couple of items I could donate, so I went home, picked up my old coats, and came back for my $20 off. In the back of the store is a "discount room" where you can find items on sale. There is men's, women's and children's clothing here, but the biggest selection is for women. I want to shout out to a couple of employees who provided excellent service recently. I dropped off an elderly relative while I finished an errand a few doors down. By the time I came back (which wasn't too long), they had helped her by bringing her a few items she wanted and had brought items to try on in different sizes, and she was already in the fitting room trying on items. They were wonderful. Dawn and Caroline, I think were their names, so shout out to them for their kindness and attentiveness! They made the shopping experience enjoyable and we are likely to come back because of them. Excellent customer is one way to differentiate yourself. Also, I want to mention that everything in the store was 40% off that day. With the $40 off our purchase with the two donated coats, we ended up with an excellent value.
