Went in and saw a ton of clothing I wanted to try on, I even had some in my hand as I started shopping. I shopped for 15 minutes and wasn't greeted by any of the 3 salespeople. Oddly I watched them greet others and ask if they needed help. I was totally astounded that while they walked by me, they never said hi, can I help you...nada...nothing. After 15 minutes I put the things I was going to try up and left. I'm not high maintenance but I expect someone to at least say hello if I'm going to spend money with them. I am sure I will find a similar store in the Milwaukee area with customer service. I am a stickler for kindness and helpfulness...it is a principle thing.

The issue came up over a purchase that was not sized correctly. Nowhere is there "no returns or credits on sale merchandise "posted or verbally told during checkout. There was no need to be rude and condescending. A simple "I'm sorry" would have kept me as a customer. But no worries, we will never frequent this establishment again.
