We went on a Saturday at 3pm and they were pretty busy, but the spot is pretty spacious and you're not on top of each other regarding your bay, which is nice. You can play golf at various courses but also other games such as darts and beer pong. There is also a spacious putting green that kids can play on/crawl on, which was nice for our baby girl! The only thing that caught me off guard was how loud and hard the balls are hit indoors, however, I think this was a me problem. It didn't feel unsafe at all, but getting used to the sound as a person that never golfs indoors (or ever), took some getting used to. Sully's has fun music (easier to hear near the bar area), a full bar, and kitchen with a few bar type menu items. You can order at the bar or via your server who comes to your bay. Our server didn't come over soon after arrival so I wasn't sure if we got one at the bay, so I ordered from the bar. However, once I ordered our drinks from the bar, we did get a server that came over consistently. They have a pretty expansive/quality wine and beer selection for a spot like this. They made the NY Sour with a nice egg white foam on top. They charged me $14 for that cocktail. It was a good time, and my friends and I went next door to the Food Hall for dinner.

They take a Mexican bolillo, soak it overnight in tres leches, then pan-sear it to create this crispy caramelized outside while keeping the inside warm, soft, and sweet. It is topped with crema and toasted coconut, then they pour warm guava syrup over it and serve it with a scoop of coconut sorbet. The layers of flavor in that dessert were unreal. Honestly, it may have been the best dessert we have ever had. And remember, my wife is not big on sweets -- she usually only takes one bite of dessert, but this time she tried to eat over half of it.
