I came here for the first time based on yelp reviews and I have to say I was very surprised to actually agree with them most of the positive reviews. First off, I guess I parked at the back of the restaurant because they had boxes and empty bottles outside the doors. It look dirty and I was ready to leave especially after I saw that It was full and there was a waiting list to be sited. I was to hungry to wait let alone at this place that seem dirty. However, we ended up staying and we actually really enjoyed the food. The shrimp tostadas seem freshly made and the shrimp cocktailes are pretty good as well. Even though the restaurant is tiny and they were busy the service was great. I gave them 4 stars base on the mess outside the door, they need to clean it up before new clients are differ from coming in solely base on that. I forgot to mention that the inside of the restaurant is very clean. The ladies restroom was very clean. So I do recommend this place. I didn't try any deserts so I need to go back . Lol read more

Wow if you are looking fr the best of the best well let me tell you you no longer have to drive to tj to get the real agua chiles, estilo sinaloa because you have mariscos mocorito , there tacos de marlin there langostinos and there great sopa de mariscos are to die for. make sure you go down and get some micheladas read more

Our first time here, these are Mariscos estilo Sinaloa. Good fish and shrimp tacos, the tostadas de camarón y ceviche are good too. The shrimp and campechana cocktails are ok we've had better but it might be because we are used to mariscos estilo Jalisco. The micheladas are great and so is te price. Over all good spot to visit and try it for yourself. Honestly the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it's a different seasoning that I am used to but the place is definitely worth visiting. read more

Very delicious campechanas and cocteles!! I have reservations about ordering ceviche ... for one not a huge fan of onions and once you've had peruvian ceviche in Peru, Mexican ceviche is just subpar!! (YES! I am going to be honest about this place. There was a lot of buzz about their ceviche and marlin tacos. I ordered (phone order) fish ceviche and marlin taco. Got there about 10 min after I called in my order. I still have to wait for the food. Fish ceviche: cook in lemon and come with tostada. It was store bought tostada, not anything special. Food was ok, not average but ok. I have better. Marlin taco: the hype that everyone on yelp said so good. There was everything in the taco and so messy when eat. Not only messy but salty too. Not my kind of taco. Overall, I ordered 2 items and cost me over $6. I could have gone to taco shop by my work (walking distant) order 2 carne asada tacos, chips and salsa over $4. Better food and more clean. I was afraid to eat tostada because as I walk in salted crackers and tostada were at every customers tables for snack. Then I saw baskets of left over tostada on the counter where the cashier/food pick up, wondering if they re wrap those and give to the next customer. read more

Very nice mariscos place. We have eaten here a few times. The tostadas are awesome and anything ceviche is too. The Marlin tacos are made with smoked Marlin, and are amazing. We loved it all. The tostada material is fairly low quality and kind of salty if you try it plain. read more

This is a restaurant in a strip mall but it's all about the food. Super fresh fish! The marlin taco with the grilled homemade corn tortilla is amazing! Shrimp ceviche tostada was very good too. This has to be the best ceviche de camaron I've ever had. I'm from East LA and their holes in the walls don't compare to this place. I tried it for the first time today and it was tasty! The shrimp tacos were a little dry (maybe I got a bad batch) they were still good, but I recommend the ceviche. Their takeout service was good as well. Okay... I'm very particular about mariscos. ( all Sinaloenses are particular about mariscos) the aguachile was very good. Perfect amount of lime juice and quantity of tomato and cucumber. The shrimp was fresh.. bien reportado! Tacos de Marlin were also amazing. Large amount of marlin and cheese in the tacos. Bien perros! Como le dije a la mesera, " mis respecto pa' el chef!" Sat there for 10 minutes before me & my friend were even brought a menu, the waiter never checked on us to see how we were doing & then we waited 30 minutes with empty plates before being asked if we would like our check. No. Went to this place on father's day and of course the place was busy and we had to wait for our turn. My brother went up to one of the waitresses to put our name on the wait list and she said the wait time for us (party of 5)was 15-20 min. We ended up waiting outside for 50 mins!!! Other families that got there after us were being seated sooner then us and they were in bigger groups. I went up to the waitress and she said she forgot to put our name on the list and she still made us wait for our table. I visit Mexico every year and this is as good as it gets. Everything here is delicious. My favorite is the mocajete. It comes with all the seafood, agua chili and oysters. It's definitely homemade. Stopped by here on my lunch break. Didn't think it would be a long time but I was almost there for 20 min because there wasn't a cashier taking orders. I didn't mind waiting because I understand what it's like to work in a busy restaurant. The cashier apologized for the wait and was very kind. Staff is super hard working but seem a bit dysfunctional. Not sure how new this place is but the food is delicious! Had a shrimp cocktail to-go. Sooo gooood!
