The service was absolutely pitiful. It was only 3 of us. Drinks took over 10 min to even be asked to order. We ordered immediately. My mother in laws food came in first They forgot her tortillas. Came back 10 minutes later to give them to her after she was halfway down. We waited over 45 minutes and nothing Me and my wife never got our food. I've been to hundreds of restaraunt an over the years and this was the worst service I've received. Once I got up to pay for what I did receive the food was "magically done". We paid for what we received and left. The only reason I left 1 star is because the food that was served was good. This place needs to work on their work flow. read more

Tastes great but they rip you off on the portions. Got a shrimp and fish cazuelita and received 90 percent fish and a few shrimp.

on Aug 12th, My sister and I had dinner at the Panama Lane location. The food was excellent and service was good. What impressed me the most was when we left just before closing. I left behind a money clip with good amount of cash. I got home thinking it was in my car, after searching I called the restaurant and they said yes we have it and we'll stay open for you to pick up. I thought for sure it would be gone and some bus person would think wow look what i found. The money clip was far more important since it was a gift from my mom 43 years ago. The Manager and the team were honest and did the right thing. Really made my experience much better on top of the good food! Thank you very much! read more

Food is not good, they take for ever to give your food and at the end it's not good, too expensive for bad quality and after seeing many bad reviews honestly don't know how can this place still be open read more

Nice looking restaurant! Wanted to leave a 5 star here but way too many negatives to report! First the bar was great and drinks were made with real fruit and they used good tequila instead of that generic stuff that gives u a hang over. Now the bad, service was just ok. I ordered a mocajte. $41 dollars and it had about the equivalent of a 1/4 chicken breast, a tacos worth of asada and 3 small shrimp and bunch of vegetables, no cheese no chorizo. Very disappointing to pay that much for that! The restrooms were atrocious, dirty and no toilet paper in women's bathroom. We told the server but she did not pass it on to anyone! Lots of potential here but management will need to step it up!! read more

Im sorry, I hate leaving a bad review but the food was awful. Shrimp was hard and rubbery. The fish was dry. The service was on the border of ok and rude due to waitress having a table right next to us of around 25 people. Why should we have bad service because she's busy with large group. The ambiance was very loud. The large group next to us had a drunk guy going around the large group table being very loud and obnoxious. read more

Been a few times and I've explored the menu quite a bit. Camarones a la diabla are always a good option. They also have a pretty good clam chowder. This time I went with the camarones zarandeados. The seasoning and the sauce where phenomenal. This will always be a good choice for some mariscos. read more

I am so upset with the management and owner of this place. We arrived and there was a 35 minute wait with at least 6 other families ahead of us and there were no reservations being accepted. When two couples came in and asked to be seated, and the owner walked up greater then and seated them immediately ahead of everyone else. I approached the owner and asked him why did he seat them in front of paying customers who had been waiting, he answered " they had a reservation ". I answered the gentleman who is taking our names said there were no reservations and we had to wait. Then he said I don't know, it's the hostess fault. Meaning the person taking our name. I said your the owner and he said that he has no control and walked away and disappeared. As we were leaving, I informed the gentleman who put us on the list and explained what he said, and he said he couldn't do anything about, that he didn't seat them and he was following orders. Well they can keep treating people like we don't notice, but we do. This type of discrimination is absolutely not acceptable. We will no longer patronize this restaurant . read more

Horrible horrible horrible, stay away from this place. Horrible service, even worse food and the manager is worthless. We had a party of 7 and the first set of food came out 30 minutes or more after we ordered. It was 45 minutes later when the last plate of food came out. Half the table was finished before the rest of the table was even served. Manager failed to even try to satisfy this issue. Music was too loud. Save yourself the trouble and stay away. read more

The worst experience ever! They don't make reservations but when I called they told me I could reserve a table an hour prior getting there and when I got there with my party they told me they didn't know anything about that Took us 20 mins to get seated Food we ordered was meant to go when we were seated dine in. Not to mention the place is running at 100% capacity! Service in general was horrible Not to mention, I choked on a fish bone nearly turned blue and the girl was more worried about me ordering then if I was okay! The manager did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue! Such a let down. Go to LA COSTA better EVERYTHING! read more

0/10 bad, it gave me food poisoning, a rash, and pain in my stomach I recommend you dont go to this place.

Came into town to visit family and we were a little hungry. Not much open especially during COVID-19 however we found this spot, outdoor seating with music. Food was delish and flavorful. We especially liked the tostadas they give you with salsa. Service was awesome and very helpful with menu selection. Ceviche and camarones were great. Give them a try read more

The food is good and the restaurant is spacious. Plus, they have live music all the time for dinner and that just makes the experience all that more fun! What initially drew me in was the shrimp empanadas everyone raves about, especially my sister. After arriving for lunch with my parents, I promptly ordered a half dozen appetizer for us three and YUMM-O! They are jam-packed with shrimp and absolutely delicious! I can see why everyone loves them! They bring out two different salsas and have mayo on the table just for the empanadas and, as weird as it sounds, just eat them the way they recommend. They're SO good! And their green salsa is spicy and delicious! I'm obsessed! Of course, they have a giant menu with tons of options, both seafood and otherwise! Come in and enjoy the food and music. read more

First time here ...free chips n salsa once you sit down which is great. Ordered camarones al mojo de ajo all i can say is gross. I had to return my plate. Dont know what part of the world they are from but the flavor was disgusting. The wait was about 20 minutes and once seated they brought us menus and chips the salsa had no flavor. They only had about 3 to 4 young girls helping out with a full house. I think they are under staffed since they are very busy. We also had to waive our waitress down a few times just to get some service. I will never be back and i dont recommend this place unless you dont want to drive. read more

I've seen multiple posts and pictures from this place so I thought I'd give it a try. HELLLLLO, seafood! The menu is about 4 pages long of different seafood dishes, from shrimp cocktails, aguachilles, ceviche, empanadas, to things I've never seen before in my life! Went in on a Sunday to meet some friends who were already seated, there was a live band playing so it made it a little hard to hear each other speak, but totally set the mood. With the band playing, cold beer in hand, amazing seafood, there isn't anywhere else I would have rather been. I ordered the shrimp ceviche, and aguachilles, large portions and decently priced! I also ordered a michilada, and it was absolutely perfect. I hate that it's so far, but the food alone made up for the drive and I'll be a returning customer definitely! read more

It's so disappointing when a simple order can't be fulfilled correctly. When I called and made my order I made it clear to the girl that I wanted boiled shrimp with my tostadas....even repeated it to her and asked for the "cooked" shrimp. Well to my disappointment the shrimp was raw;curtido which is cooked in lime but not boiled. I call back and the only solution they had was for me to drive back from across town to return it....no apology for their employee messing up. What kind of customer service is that? read more

I would give 0 stars if i could. I'm sorry but if you know seafood you know this place is absolute trash. It has a good vibe but the service and food is horrible. The food is salty!!!! the shrimp cocktail is nasty, absolute no taste, the shrimp&octopus tostada is nasty. Needless to say the margarita i ordered was also salty and not enjoyable for almost $12 i expected a bigger portion and decent taste. Besides the horrible food, the lady who serviced us had a stank attitude. no smile, no customer service whatsoever. I almost told her to go home if she was not in the mood. One of the girls was nice and fast, too bad she wasn't our waitress. Avoid this place read more
