First the bar was great and drinks were made with real fruit and they used good tequila instead of that generic stuff that gives u a hang over. Now the bad, service was just ok. I ordered a mocajte. $41 dollars and it had about the equivalent of a 1/4 chicken breast, a tacos worth of asada and 3 small shrimp and bunch of vegetables, no cheese no chorizo. Very disappointing to pay that much for that! The restrooms were atrocious, dirty and no toilet paper in women's bathroom. We told the server but she did not pass it on to anyone! Im sorry, I hate leaving a bad review but the food was awful. Shrimp was hard and rubbery. The fish was dry. The service was on the border of ok and rude due to waitress having a table right next to us of around 25 people. Why should we have bad service because she's busy with large group. Been a few times and I've explored the menu quite a bit. Camarones a la diabla are always a good option. They also have a pretty good clam chowder. This time I went with the camarones zarandeados. I am so upset with the management and owner of this place. We arrived and there was a 35 minute wait with at least 6 other families ahead of us and there were no reservations being accepted. When two couples came in and asked to be seated, and the owner walked up greater then and seated them immediately ahead of everyone else. I approached the owner and asked him why did he seat them in front of paying customers who had been waiting, he answered " they had a reservation ". I answered the gentleman who is taking our names said there were no reservations and we had to wait. Then he said I don't know, it's the hostess fault. Meaning the person taking our name. I said your the owner and he said that he has no control and walked away and disappeared. As we were leaving, I informed the gentleman who put us on the list and explained what he said, and he said he couldn't do anything about, that he didn't seat them and he was following orders. Well they can keep treating people like we don't notice, but we do. This type of discrimination is absolutely not acceptable. We will no longer patronize this restaurant . read more

After hearing so many good things about this place we decided to give it a try! One of the cleanest seafood restaurants I've been too, staff was super friendly and service was great! I had the Camarones a la Diablo, which were very good, not too spicy but the right amount of heat to be able to enjoy. Came with a side of white rice with veggies in it and refrigerate beans. Husband had a shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were very well deveined and had lots of shrimp, not enough veggies, which is our favorite part. I love lemon with my seafood and unfortunately they only serve lines, I can taste a great difference, but other than that food was good.
