Great local business close to O'Hare. Nice staff and good service. The food is always excellent and the prices are fair. Lots of good choices on the menu. I'm a fan of the shrimp dinners. Lots of food but you walk away satisfied not stuffed. Free parking lot.

Visit Chicago for the first time. I was looking for a place to have dinner and I ran into this place on Mannheim Rd. The atmosphere was very familiar with the very friendly waitresses. Fast service, I didn't have to wait long. The food is very good, it tastes all fresh and a good portion. My husband ordered a shrimp cocktail, he liked it a lot. I ordered some very delicious shrimp, by the way. I would return to this place again.

Great service. Amazing food!! It's to dream about and I have the pickiest mom and she enjoyed it. I had to bring her 3x and family. Such a great place to eat always packed.

Delicious and fresh! Love the service and complimentary ceviche! Very clean environment! We will definitely be back to try other dishes and of course the yummy drinks that paired so well with our seafood dishes

    Bug in food

Found a bug in my food. Felt sick right afterwards/ beware. hoping it's not a roach.

My friend and I ate here before heading to the Allstate Arena. The food was amazing. Starting with the verde salsa and ceviche that they bring to your table immediately. I ordered a margarita on the rocks with Patron Silver. Yum! Not too sour. The Queso Fundifo with shrimp was served with warm tortillas and two additional sauces. This appetizer did not disappoint. We shared the shrimp enchiladas with special house sauce for our meal. The enchiladas were delicious! Our sever was very nice. Great experience all around.

I would like to point out first that the food at this location is very good. That been said, my issue today is not in regards to the food quality and more towards customer services. I'm a regular client of this establishment, my family comes here almost every week and me and my son come here very often as well for their delicious filete al ajo. That been said I cannot understand that usually the people at this establishment know me and my son and especially since we always order the same plates because is our favorite usually they know that my plate has to be non spicy since I do not eat spicy food at all, but today thinking that they would do it same as always, because it was a new server( not her fault) they cook my order spicy. After noticing this i rely the info to my server that o don't eat spicy then she said that she need it to ask the owner if they could make a new one for me since if they requested they would be charge for it. It's unbelievable to me that after asking him he told them no, they can't do nothing about it. So I had to buy a second plate non spicy just because the owner of this establishment is so cheap that he would not aloud any courtesy to the clients. Thanks for your consideration sir.

They added an enclosed outdoor seating area, Thats lets you enjoy the breeze or sun, but protects you from the rain. It used to be a tent, so this is definitely nicer. My wife and I were seated immediately. The server quickly brought us water and garlic bread. I really like that they give you 5 fairly big pieces of garlic bread for only two people. Nice touch. We were not in a hurry and couldn't decide what we wanted so we started with the calamari salad. $29, but it's huge and chock full of those calamari guys. Lettuce is always crisp and has everything I like in it (olives, eggs, carrots, artichoke, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and romaine lettuce). We were almost full just from the salad alone. I ordered a grouper sandwich (not fried), and my lovely wife ordered the Scottish salmon plate, which comes with potatoes and grilled vegetables. My sandwich came with coleslaw and fresh cut fries. They switched to fresh cut since my last visit, and this was an upgrade. My sandwich was great, and huge too. Could not finish it. Wife's meal was a humongous slab of salmon. The veggies now come on a smaller plate, but that's okay, given the size of the fish. Service was a tad slow, but like I said, we weren't in any hurry. Total tab was $100, with tax and that pesky 3% service fee. I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. It's not a place I can go every week, but when I can splurge, and have a taste for fresh seafood, this is the best around.

Gumbo was good, with a good roux, but slightly sweet and no real spice to it. It had plenty of shrimp, and I got a couple of meals out of it. If I were in New Orleans, it would probably receive a low score, but by Chicago standards, it is good. They used okra in their gumbo, which some may consider sacrilege. However, it was properly prepared, and I like okra, so I approve. Their jambalaya and fried rice were approved of by others in the family. Overall, good food and good value. We started with a mango margarita -- I tried it on the rocks and blended -- and both were refreshing without being too sweet & had the right amount of liquor. My boyfriend ordered a michelada and enjoyed it a lot. We had plenty of shots throughout the night as we watched the game and chatted. For appetizers, I got the cold shrimp and octopus cocktail along with half a dozen oysters. The oysters were so fresh that we ended up ordering another half dozen. For our entrée, we shared the Chapuzón, which came with cooked shrimp, octopus, and oysters in a flavorful house sauce that paired really well with everything. The sauce is so addicting, we ordered some rice to enjoy it some more. We finished with a flan that wasn't the typical style you see everywhere, but it tasted really good and was a nice way to end the meal. Danny, the owner, was very welcoming and attentive the entire time. The service was great, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. We made a reservation because I'd heard this place can get pretty busy. Although it didn't seem too crowded when we first arrived on a Saturday, it filled up quickly throughout our meal. I definitely recommend making a reservation, especially if you're planning to come for dinner. As soon as we walked in, I was struck by how beautiful the restaurant is. Since the building was once a church, they preserved the stained-glass windows and cathedral ceilings, which give the space so much character. We ended up sitting on the patio because it was a gorgeous day, but I definitely want to come back and dine inside so I can fully appreciate the interior. The patio was modern, spacious, and completely shaded, making it very comfortable. Since it's located right next to the little lake, we also enjoyed a nice breeze throughout our meal. Our waitress was friendly and attentive overall, but there was one moment that stood out. My friend's baby accidentally knocked over a full glass of iced coffee, spilling it all over my friend's lap and onto the floor. The waitress watched as my friend cleaned up the mess herself but didn't offer to help or replace the spilled drink. Aside from that, the service was good. My friends and I all ordered something different, and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the salmon poke bowl ($19), which was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly refreshing. The ingredients tasted high quality, and all the flavors worked really well together. It was more filling than I was expecting! Price-wise, I expected the menu to be more expensive than it actually was. I'm sure dinner prices are higher, especially for steak and seafood, but the brunch menu was quite reasonable. Most breakfast and brunch dishes range from $12-$20, making it a great value for both the quality of the food and the beautiful atmosphere. Overall, we all enjoyed our experience and I'll for sure be back! I'd love to try other menu items and come for dinner, too!

We were seated promptly in the formal dining room which was nicely decorated. Our semi-circular booth was spacious and comfortable. There were different sections in the restaurant that were more casual, tailored to the different tastes of the clients. Overall, food was delicious and portions were huge. I had a Boston Clam Chowder and a Gulf Grouper as the main. I would usually order a salad, but I didn't this time as each entrée came with a large plate of homemade roasted vegetables and wild rice. The Boston Clam Chowder had real pieces of clams in it. However, it was just lukewarm. My grouper looked great and tasted flavorful, but it was somewhat over-cooked (and therefore not tender), which was unfortunate. My wife had a bowl of Lobster Bisque and an order of Stuffed Flounder that had crabmeat sandwiched in the fish. She absolutely loved her choices. Our daughter had a Charbroiled Walleye and liked it too. Her only disappointment was the garlic bread being hard and dry. Our daughter and I each had a Chardonnay Stags Leap which was good, while my wife had a Virgin Mojito and truly enjoyed it. Surprisingly, the highlight of the night was the slice of tiramisu that our friendly and professional server Greg brought to me! It had a lit candle for my birthday, and Greg teamed up with two other waitresses enthusiastically sang me a happy birthday song! The tiramisu was excellent, creamy and not too sweet. I am not a dessert person but really appreciated this. I have a suggestion for the restaurant: as the portions were so large and each of us brought home half of it, it would have been nice that they make the portion 40% to 50% smaller, and lower the average price of $40 per entrée accordingly. It might help attract more customers. Just my two cents. All in all, I had a lovely birthday dinner at Boston Fish Market. Ambience was good, and service was outstanding. I like a boil where you can taste all the spices and ingredients. This boil had a sweet taste to it which I've never had anywhere, and I did not appreciate it. No specials/combos to pick from, you had to make your own combos and also didn't list prices... also, 1.25 for one piece of corn??? lol all jokes aside, the food was pretty mid, the sweetness to the "xxx" spice level was really disappointing and overall very pricey for what you actually get. I'd find another place. Love

First time trying this place and at first I'll admit it doesn't look like your typical seafood boil…read moreplace. There's graffiti on the walls and staff members are dressed extremely casually but the food does not lie. Our server was very attentive the whole night and they had a fire playlist that consisted of a lot of drake and partynextdoor. We started off by ordering the fried calamari and the Asiago garlic wings and omg it was so unbelievably good. The fry was light and crispy and the wings were absolutely delicious. Both were around $11 each. In our seafood boil we both got a half pound of snow crabs and shrimp and some fillers like corn and potatoes. I got around 1 lb altogether and my bf got around 1 1/2 lb and we were both stuffed by the end of the night. Sadly they were out of crawfish but I am excited for crawfish season. Total bill ended up around $160 with tip which is pricey and next time we would order just the wings and cut down on the sausage potatoes and other add ons. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back once I get my money up.
