So in true Crystal form you know I pulled over snatched up some Japanese food. $17 a bowl which came with rice noodles and vegetables for me. I think it was amazing ! I took pictures of my part of the order. The quesabirria tacos were good; had a lot of meat and a good portion of cheese to even it out. I have to say that for the price of the aguachiles, I got a lot of shrimp compared to other places. It is a food truck so they only had 2 stools, a small bar area attached to the truck to eat, and a trash can to dispose of trash. They were parked under big trees that offered a great amount of shade. Glad we gave this food truck a chance.

Their asada tacos are perfect, he puts them on a plate and wraps them in plastic wrap for you along with a lime and a few radishes. The Sirenita was absolutely delicious and super bountiful, perfect for sharing but honestly I did not want to. The shrimp ceviche taco was crunchy and flavorful with a great balance of veggies and shrimp. I also loved that they did not skimp on the drink. It was generous and refreshing. My boyfriend got the aguachile verde and ceviche. He said the aguachile was definitely spicy but had amazing flavor. He also really enjoyed the ceviche. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We will definitely be back.
