Though he specializes in wood fireplaces and would not be able to assist with my request at this time, he spent quite some time on the phone with me answering the many questions I had about my fireplace, and how I might be able to get it up to snuff. So rare to find a professional who is willing to give such detailed advice with no monetary gain for himself, and it was very obvious that he really knew what he was talking about. I may change my fireplace to a wood burner at a future date, and if I do, I will absolutely give this man my business. My gut tells me that anyone else wouldn't regret doing the same. They only repair what is necessary and Mike always answers or returns calls promptly. Highly recommend!
