Both trees were in our rear yard, in the corners and damaging the fences as they were up against them. With precision, piece by piece were cut, lowered and taken away like a well greased machine. With 4 trucks at the street, they took everything away, grinding most and cleaned the property as if nothing took place. Initially, they moved items out of harm's way as a precaution, but put everything back with some impressive surprises. Pricing? I spoke with the owner and he came back later that day to do a free estimate. He then started the very next day on working with his crew in both our front and back yard. They had to take out our mailbox and even came back after the job was done to put it back when I couldn't get it secured in the ground. They did a wonderful job with the trees and getting up the insane about of leaves. A wonderful touch was that they left any branch that had a bird's nest so that they didn't disturb another living thing's home. They were friendly. I called many tree care companies in the DFW area and Extreme showed up in uniform the same day I called and was able to start work whenever I wanted. They had the most professional staff, quote and invoice, and competitive pricing. They kept me informed along the way and showed me the root system which was very rotten to let me know I was doing the right thing by cutting them down. They did an excellent job with the service and cleaned the site better than how it was when they arrived. They did not wander around like another review mentioned. They were very friendly and even walked around to consult me on future maintenance and possible issues but did not push me to buy the service and were simply calling out in 6-12 months, 2-5 years, 10+ years what to keep an eye on. I wholly trust the crew I had out from Extreme Tree Service today and will be using them again in the Spring for maintenance on the rest of my trees.
