Communication is key with managing my vehicle's mechanical issues. When you work 7-5, you have to create options for how to get to/from work/home. My vehicle was to be ready Tuesday by 1700. At 1700 I had to call and ask for a status. Yesterday (Tuesday) said it would be ready around 1000 today (Wednesday). It is 1330 now and no call. I am concerned with how well I can trust this place now. Now I'm worried about how well the work is. CURRENT: Owner and operator personally called and worked out my schedule concerns and literally setup delivery for my vehicle. Explained information that created the problem and shared their plan to avoid recurring schedule concerns. The behavior I experienced from Mr Trevor is more than I expected but appreciated greatly. I brought my vehicle in for a simple air conditioning issue, and four days later Yes 4 days, I was essentially coerced into paying approximately $2,300 which is 320 dollars extra, under the ultimatum of, "Pay this or leave your car here." Keep in mind initial estimate was 1600 and remaining is extra parts that they broke in the process of "fixing" my car. The older gentleman at the front desk lacks professional integrity. He refused to honor our initial agreement and tacked on extra labor charges that directly contradicted what we had discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I dont know how people of such zero integrity can even look into their own eyes, let alone people around them. Never going back here.
