Do not recommend for Sunday Brunch Ambiance on my opinion is the only thing this place has going for themselves for Sunday brunch. The saxophone player was great. The food and service were not good. The portions are extremely small, basically tapas style. I would suggest instead of serving everything on the menu, serve everyone the salads then let people decide between Chicken n' Waffles, Grits and Seafood Gravy, Fish or a basic breakfast; And serve normal size portions. Also serve food on actual plates and have silverware instead of one time use plastic. The food was inconsistent, as my waffle was slightly warm, others were cold and hard. The bacon looked slightly raw and I asked if it could be cooked longer. The waitress stated, "We don't fry it here, it is precooked." I don't know where it's precooked, but it sounded like a health code violation, as most cities in California require food to be prepared onsite. My potatoes were well seasoned but I tasted my friends and hers were not seasoned. The service, there were three guys at the bar and we were the only party in there, a total of 11 people celebrating my friend's birthday. As the waitress named off all the flavors real fast at the table next to mine, I asked her what the flavors were again when she got to my table. She seemed annoyed that she had to repeat them and said them hella quickly. Some of the food came out extremely slow. 6 people were served their grits and seafood gumbo while the rest of us waited awhile before we got ours. I asked the waitress for water. She stated, "it's over there, it's self serve." Suggestion, when people are coming to dine at an establishment even though it's self serve, initially serve everyone water; and let them know it's self serve if they would like some more. Literally we were the only party in there eating and we only saw our waitress when she was bringing out an item. I couldn't even ask her for hot sauce for the chicken and waffles cause I didn't see her again until the next small plate was coming out. Needless to say we all left hungry. I know my group decided to go have a bite to eat somewhere else. This place has so much potential to have a great Sunday brunch but unfortunately I feel there needs to be major changes. read more

No proper business etiquette, if you have someone inquiring about your establishment at least give them the common courtesy to respond. I've been a few times and thought it was an ok establishment. However, food was horrible, service was sub bar and the ambiance was of a senior living facility as everyone looked to be old as hell. I would not recommend this place for anything, other than being equivalent to an elks lodge. And do not get me started on their bartenders! They love to mess with other women's men. I went in there after a long time, very busy, indeed. I love being out so it didnt bother me. The bartender was very rude and just pointed at you instead of giving you a greeting. None of that mattered. My total for a Corona & a tequila was $21.52, no big deal. I left her a $1.00 tip, signed and went to enjoy my drinks outside to the great music. On Monday morning, I looked at my bank statement and it was $152.00, she gave herself a $128.50, tip. I am shocked, that has never in my life of going any where ever happened to me. I have yet to hear back from anyone. All I can say is the dishonesty is not worth the good music. Love everything about this place. Visited on a Thursday for karaoke and it was unlike any karaoke night I had ever been to. I mean these people could really SANG!! I will never return to this business. The owner is very kind and professional but the food service is awful. The place has the potential to be amazing but the kitchen is hit or miss. I waited over an hour for simple chicken and fries. It cost me $20 and they were relatively quiet. I saw people come in long after I had ordered and get food quickly. Extremely unprofessional. Birthday disappointment. I made a reservation for a large party at the RnB Brunch to celebrate my birthday. To say I was disappointed in my experience would be an understatement. The advertisement for the brunch said there would be a DJ, however, when we arrived, there was a saxophonist playing. I will say the saxophonist was probably the highlight of this experience. He found out we were there celebrating my birthday and made it a point to acknowledge that fact. Aside from that part of the afternoon, our experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our server was not aware of the particulars of my reservation and seemed to be less than enthusiastic to serve us. Really the only time we saw her was when she was bringing out plates of food or we were trying to get her attention to order more drinks. I would like to mention that we were the only party in the restaurant being served food for a large portion of the time we were there. When we first arrived, there were two parties of two in the establishment. There were also a few gentlemen at the bar. Food: the flyer for the R&B brunch would lead one to believe it was possibly a buffet style brunch, however when we arrived, and we're being served, we quickly realized it was akin to tapas style serving. Our server brought out each dish and they very small plates/serving sizes (think one small piece of fish that was gone in less than four bites). Our entire party didn't receive our food at the same time or at least within a relatively short period of time. There were instances when some in our party finished eating their plates before others were even served. Some of the dishes were better than others. The bacon we received was not cooked to the liking of some in our party. When asked for the bacon to be crispier it was conveyed that the bacon wasn't cooked onsite and therefore could not be cooked anymore. There ware 11 people in our party and each of us received cold, hard waffles which we later saw on social media being filmed before it was brought out to us. Given the amount of food we received and the serving style that didn't allow for additional servings, many in our party left hungry and went somewhere else to eat. I've heard mixed reviews for Marina Lounge and unfortunately I am not able to add to the positive reviews. I would encourage management to take these reviews into consideration and make some adjustments to their food service and customer service. read more

Almost impossible to reach someone on the telephone. I've been calling for two days to see what tonight's entertainment is. Nothing is listed on their website for tonight. I also tried to call to reserve a booth back in late May for my June birthday. I called six weeks ahead of time a total of four times and didn't get a phone call back until the day before my event. Came in on Valentine's Day. Paid $30 to stand and eat my meal. Tables were available for purchase for what I was told $150 only to find out others were quoted $120. Not only that I paid a $30 entrance fee while other people that came after me only paid $25. The special drink that was listed and priced at $12. I have patronized this lounge on several occasion. My first encounter was the Sunday brunch. The first two times the brunch was a great experience. For twenty-five dollars per person it felt like a great value. The lounge wasn't crowded, and you were provided the opportunity to go back to the buffet for additional food. When purchasing a ticket for a brunch, you have the expectation of receiving a hearty meal, instead we receive a tablespoon of each dish. My third time attending the brunch was horrible, I wasn't aware that the policy had changed. You weren't able to return to the buffet for additional food. With the increase of five dollars for the brunch it is definitely not a great value. I will frequent the club in the future, but the buffet is a no. The entrainment of Singers and DJ made the event enjoyable. However the bar service is a joke. Two bartenders is not enough to services the club. One bartender would probably do better working in a morgue where there is little interaction with humans. For what is charge for a watered down drink she could at least smile and converse while fleecing one of their money. The workers in the club accommodate the people seated at the tables, do a fantastic job. Sincerely thank them for what they provide. More help is needed to servicing a larger crowd. read more

I really want to like this place, the ambiance is nice and the music can be good. However, it's always the same thing with service at the bar. I've been on slow nights and busy nights. The main bartender is never pleasant not sure if it's because she's the only one most of the time but the mark is always missed. Not a smile not a thank you, not I will be with you shortly. Borderline rude. It's like they try to target the 25-35 audience with their events but it's always 45+ crowd being stuffy in Suisun umm ok. The food is really good, I've had the fried fish and wings. This place could be bomb if the workers smiled & made people feel more welcomed. I won't be back until new ownership, because you know it's bound to happen again. Love this place, in December, Marina Lounge was recommended to my sister-in-law and I to come to Karaoke(Thursday nights). DJOras was on fire( who by the way was the person who recommended it), the staff welcomed us with open arms, they weren't to fond of us when we 1st walked in with our Raiders stuff on, this a 9ers fan lounge, from the owner to the majority of the staff. So,of course they had to tease us, . Very nice location, the lounge itself is decorated really nice on inside. The staff here is fabulous!!!! They greet you as soon as walk in, they come and talk to you during your visit, their menu is very selective fish, prawns or chicken and it comes reg fries or sweet potato fries. The fish and prawns are really good, I'm not big on chicken, so I haven't tried it. We came just to watch karaoke that one Thursday night, not knowing this was a beginning of new faces and new friends. The vibe in this place is what brings us back on a regular, all the customers who come are just as nice. So, now we go Thursday for Karaoke, I go Friday for their game nights- Domino's, Tonk, Spades, Bid Whisk, Left, Right, Center and Jenga. What a wonderful establishment in Suisun! We have been here twice, and had a wonderful night both times. The first time was for a PPV boxing event , the second for a football game. I visited the lounge this past Saturday night to enjoy an evening with friends. This was my first time visiting this amazing lounge. Upon arrival, the bouncer greeted us with the kindest, most inviting welcome and even gave me a nice compliment. It was beautiful inside, nice and clean, the vibe was amazing with all of the beautiful people there to have a good time and the food was delicious. The only issue that almost ruined the night was the extremely rude young lady who was taking the entry fee. I'm not sure if something happened before we got there, but her attitude was beyond unacceptable. She was rude for no reason to us and barked at us to pay as if we were trying to get in without paying. When I handed her my money, she snatched it out of my hand, rolled her eyes at me, and waived us off as if to say, "Get out of my face." I wanted to get my money back and leave, but the rest of the friendly staff and ambiance inside helped me move past that. I would love to visit again and bring my friends, but it definitely makes me think twice if she is at the front door. Hopefully, this review will encourage you to provide your staff with customer service training, especially if they are the first contact. I wish you all well. read more
