It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. It honestly brought back that childhood lunchbox feeling in the best way possible.
