She gave me exactly 5 minutes of her time and had a rude demeanor. I'm truly surprised others has a good experience with her. Follow up note for Jon- I scheduled the appointment almost a week ahead, I asked for a time slot and she replied she was open from 10-3pm and didn't give me a time. Then I told her I was aiming for 1pm and I never got a response back. Even if I did arrive early, I wouldn't have been so upset had she been kind and asked me to wait. Plus there was no other customer in the store. She wasn't kind, she was rude. Her lunch arrived as I was leaving. She was clearly unprepared. I don't doubt her ability but her demeanor is not the best presentation for your business.

Our floors look brand new!! I can't believe we didn't do this sooner…read more I thought we were going to have to rip out our floors and start all over and Fritz not only saved them but he made them look brand new. We didn't know what we had but he did and if you are not sure if restoring your tiles is worth it, let me tell you now it is!! I 1000% recommend using Fritz to restore your tiles! We had about 1100 sq ft of Saltillo tile stripped and cleaned over 3 days and it made our home feel a million times better he also replaced about 40 broken and damaged tiles, you can't even tell which ones were replaced!

Fritz and his team work super hard and he really has a passion for what he does. He takes pride in his work as does his team. We had a major remodel of our house and dealt with a number of different craftsman (e.g. electricians, drywall etc..) and without a doubt Fritz and his team were at the very top of the list in terms of great quality and professionalism. They arrived at our place exactly when they said they would (not all of our subcontractors did this). They worked tirelessly on their hands and knees and for days in a row and finished the job in record time. I can't say enough about how much their work meant to me. Our floors looked aweful and dull and they performed a miracle transformation. Don't ever try to do this yourself or hire anyone else. These guys are the best Also - Fritz really communicates about what needs to be done and he is lovely to interact with - funny, matter of fact, and extremely courteous.

We were really happy with the whole process from start to finish. Their designer Mark Jacques helped us choose different type options in their SF showroom, provided high-quality design mock-ups for two different designs we were considering, and helped us carefully order the perfect amount of tile with just the right amount of overage. This was our first real construction project and we had a bunch of questions on the installation quote that they provided us. Martin answered all of our questions with patience, and Brieanna provided the most communicative project management that we have experienced, especially compared to other service providers we have used. Ivan and Alfredo did a wonderful job with the installation, and they happily answered my questions during the process on-site. Our installation included a floor heating system which they were able to help spec out an carefully install. The end result looks beautiful and we can't wait to try out the heater as soon as our the electricity gets connected! We have dreams of using Fireclay installation again for future remodel work in our main house.

John was, by far, the best we've experienced. We had stains in our limestone and porcelain that we were completely convinced were permanent. We had already given up on them. John came in, took a look, and somehow brought everything back to life. It honestly felt like walking into a different home once he was done. What I appreciated just as much as the results was how he worked. He was careful, respectful of our space, and clearly knows his craft inside and out. No rushing, no cutting corners, just really thoughtful work. He also took the time to explain how to care for everything going forward in a way that actually made sense and felt doable, not overwhelming or overly technical. We were dealing with ugly bathroom tiles and a big hole in the wall. I contacted three contractors…read moreand all three were comparable in pricing. One contractor didn't make a site visit. Another contractor couldn't start until two weeks later. Alex made a site visit and was very personable. With the lead time, we chose Alex. Right when we chose him, he wanted to start that day! I said OK. That afternoon the demolition began. In two weeks he completed the job. He will work around your schedule. We had a family incident and needed to push back the work a day. We also had to wait a few days for the faucet to be delivered. The hours are up to you. We were OK with his team working into the late evening to get the job done because we were down a bathroom. Vitali and Alex work really really hard and long hours. There were some up sale items, but we picked which ones we wanted. Our vanity was in bad shape; so we updated the vanity, sink, backsplash and faucet. Alex quoted us a great price and offered to do tile flooring which would have made the bathroom even nicer, but we decided that the flooring would be fine. Maybe save that for the next remodel. Going through any type of remodel or home update is emotional and risky. We did a home remodel years back and that's when we learned you can really only choose two of the three: quality, cost, or speed. With Alex we were able to get close to all three. Obviously your home is very dear, and there are small little things that you can sweat over. Your home will never be perfect. Not a year goes by without some work that needs to be done to my home. Things get old and break down. There are many things that I would do over, but everyday I go into my newly updated bathroom and smile.
