My entire experience was stress free even though I went into it super scared. My only problem is I wish someone answered the phone more often but that's it. At first i thought they were slacking on getting my card to me, had sent emails and wondered where my card was for about 2.5 weeks, later i come to find out they didn't mess anything up the AZ health department put my email on wrong. I have never thought about getting a mmj card until recently. I have chronic pain, and nothing seems to be working. Not knowing much at all about the benefits of marijuana, I wasn't sure what to do. I went yesterday, not knowing what to expect. (50 Yrs ago this was unheard of). The office was very clean, and the guys at the desk were great. Dr. James Witman did my interview, and I can't say enough good about this man. He took the time to explain to me about all the different ways to use marijuana for chronic pain. Whole process was painless for a first time card holder in Arizona, even with 3 people ahead of me I was in and out in then 45 mins. My anxiety was kinda high working in based off the previous reviews it's either a hit or miss ! The doctor was extremely polite and professional. Very assuring now it's just the waiting game for the card. I was told after 2 days my card will be charged and my charge still hasn't been thats the only downfall as of yet..one thing I do want to mention is when I did reach out to them regarding a question the guy he answered was extremely through and even went over and beyond! They're pretty quick and staff was all very nice! I did have to come back another day because it took a little longer than expected and i had somewhere to go, but when I returned the next day, I was there about 35-45 mins and I was out. Also, was wearing a headband so I had to send another picture which delayed the process. Unfortunately the email I received didnt state that I was not to reply to it, and only the office was so that delayed the process even more. Either way it could have been avoided knowing about the headband thing while i was there, but atleast I'm patient ‍ still would recommend tho! read more

What a Nightmare!!! Stay far away from this place if you ever want to get a medical card!! I submitted my application on July 7 .. today is July 30 and they never even turned in my application!! I waited the 10 days to only find out they never even submitted it!! You can't reach anyone by phone at any of their locations smdh.. they advise you to send an email and they will reply back in 24 hours.. sent emails for 9 days NOTHING!! I had to drive back to the store which is a 40 minute drive.. the guy at the front promised it would be filed in the morning.. he even gave me his number.. took him all day to respond to me asking if he could confirm he submitted it.. he finally 3 days later states it's done..NOPE Arizona states they still have not turned in my application.. waited again and check with Arizona the following morning.. NOPE NOTHING!! What a joke!! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen! I was referred to this place by a few friends trust me NONE of us will ever return and Chase refunded my money.. I'm done playing games. I hope this review will help someone not have to deal with the stress and disappointment that I have. read more

I went on the 13th of June, this was a Saturday. The whole "process" takes 5-7, excuse me; "7-10" business days, because that is exactly how it looks like on the paper they give you. It took a week to submit after the 13th. The receipt says processing takes 4 days, I'm on my last day of the 4. This process takes way too long for people that need the stuff, and I for one am in pain typing this waiting and waiting. read more

I was approved and charged 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting. I've tried contacting them every way I can think to get an update, and they won't respond. Their phone number just has recorded messages, no way to even talk to someone. The e-mail on their Website doesn't work - I get a "mailbox full" error back. I sent an e-mail to the address given in their recorded message last week, and they never responded. I've tried texting the number they used to contact me to tell me I was approved. Nothing. I tried using the "contact us" form on their Website. Nothing. They just took my money and ghosted. I have had to escalate this to the BBB, as they refuse to respond to any communication so far. I hope the BBB can help, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. read more

Called in and paid my 250. Doctor called me same day and got me approved. Their office forgot to send my application in and after 2 weeks I contacted them and they finally send my application. Now I have to wait an additional 3 days to get it. 17 days with no medical card I will not be coming back! read more

I have used Marijuana Evaluations twice, each time with a Dr's note documenting my condition. Both times have taken 3 times as long to get my card as the other evaluation places I've been. From the evaluation, 7/21/2020, to getting my paperwork submitted was 9 days. They don't answer their phone, and in my case they entered the wrong DOB on my application, which caused it to be rejected, Since they don't get the response from ADHS for the application, answer their phone, and don't respond to messages, they have no way of knowing if it was approved or not and I'm not sure they care. The practice is just a money grab, and certainly don't provide the services in a timely manner, if at all. I had to correct the application and resubmit it myself, which means all they did was collect my money. No return business for me read more
