Lobster and shrimp ravioli- yum! Didn't need the extra shrimp.
Andrea K.

Eight of us had dinner here while staying at the Broadmoor. I had the lobster and shrimp ravioli with extra shrimp and it was delicious. It didn't need the extra shrimp and frankly, they were a bit overcooked. I also shared the escargot with Hubs and that's always a treat. Their rolls are yummy too. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. My MIL said the lobster bites were amazing. I tried several desserts but didn't love any of them. I might have been too full! Favorites at the table were the key lime and red velvet. I was partial to the carrot cake, but I'm more of a chocolate person and no one ordered that! We were I a room by ourselves, which was nice, but had no music piped in. That would have been welcomed. Service was attentive - maybe overly so. I also felt like he really wanted to upsell us. But everyone thought he was amazing, so maybe it was just me!

We had a very nice brunch here yesterday! It's a lovely place- it was our first time at this Bistro location and it was a week after they started breakfast/brunch service. It was cool seeing former servers from the original Marigold here- they said they love working at this new location. We were struck by the camaraderie among the staff and also among the staff and guests- we must have seen 30 hugs during our time there- it was sweet. I believe our server was Riley but we had several people visit our table to help. Riley was warm and friendly. We had to ask for cream and sugar for the coffee from three different people before they remembered to bring it, and there were no spoons with the silverware to help stir the coffee. Otherwise service was very good. The menu is great and I love the option of adding one of their delicious baked goods like their cinnamon twists, scones etc. I had to get a chocolate chip scone- they are so good! The biscuits and gravy were good- not super creamy gravy as you might expect and not a ton of it like you get other places, but it was tasty and enough. The potatoes were really good too. My husband enjoyed his breakfast bowl. Our friend thought the lemon blueberry pancakes were delicious and also appreciated the thoughtful addition of blueberry compote when she asked for extra blueberries. It's exciting to have the option of the delicious Marigold experience and food finally at breakfast/brunch time! We will come again.

My wife and I celebrated our 5th anniversary at Marigold Bistro, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and the host even complimented my wife--a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. The chef absolutely delivered on every dish. We were surprised with a complimentary champagne toast and a caprese salad to start, which was a delightful and unexpected gesture. For appetizers, we ordered the escargot and lobster bites--both came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. For our entrées, my wife had the lobster and shrimp ravioli, and I ordered the filet mignon cooked medium rare. Both dishes were plated beautifully, served on hot plates, and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a few drinks and shared dessert--everything was excellent from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Riley, our server. He was personable, attentive, knew the menu well, and made sure all our special requests were handled smoothly. His service elevated the experience even more. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Riley and the Marigold Bistro team, for making our anniversary night truly memorable.

I was really really looking forward to this restaurant. I heard the desserts were amazing and I also heard their food was great as well. Maybe I had high expectations coming in, but I was a bit disappointed with the food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. The salad was typical, but the NY Steak was a bit disappointing. The fat was not burnt so I'm guessing their oven isn't very hot. I didn't finish the steak and that spike volume. I didn't like the vegetable choices either. However, service was excellent and it's a beautiful restaurant. I would come back but I may order something else. For Thinsulin fans, there's green light options, but there could be more opportunities to make more green light dishes.

Our server Alex did an amazing job. He made us feel very comfortable and gave us good information about the plates. The food was amazing and it meet our expectations from the beginning. It's a very nice restaurant and we felt relaxed.

Shuga's Favorite Cafe Tray is an order that could satisfy one's entire meal but is best when shared as a starter or if you are looking for a light meal. The Mediterranean selection with the hummus and tapenade is amazing with the coconut shrimp soup being a must try with its creamy and spiciness. Though I love the almond butter cake the most to add a little dessert to the meal. The Madame of the Pletzl is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The bagel is perfectly salted and has a wonderful crunch the sandwich needs. The egg melts into the sandwich, mixing with everything it needs to. The ham is fried up to crisp it up a bit but the ham seems to be lacking flavor wise compared to everything else in the sandwich. The Cuban Mojo Sandwich also is an amazing sandwich. The pork shoulder is crisped up nicely and works so well with everything else. The winter soup was a tomato soup with some grilled cheese croutons and it is the best tomato soup I've ever had. The tomato soup isn't puréed, there are noticeable definitions in the tomatoes in the soup. The soup isn't too acidic which is the usual issue in tomato soups. The croutons really amplify this dish on to another level and I just wish there were more in my soup. I can't wait to come back here and my biggest issue will to try and order new things.

I'm not sure where to start. My spouse and I have eaten at Till about five times now. The first…read moretwo times were at the old location. Every time we've eaten there since the move something major has gone wrong. Valentines Day 2026 was an unfortunate disaster, and while my wife and I nearly always find a way to enjoy a night out, I can't imagine that others did. Let's start with the fact that the menu was Prix Fixe. Translation from French... "You eat what we make, and you pay what we tell you". Prix Fixe is usually fine, if we know ahead of time. We watched two other couples get up and leave when they realized that they couldn't order off the menu. There was no indication on the Till website that they were serving a Prix Fixe meal, nor was this mentioned when we made reservations. I was mildly concerned when I noted that although the menu was "Prix Fixe", the "Prix" wasn't shown on the menu (the exception being the cost of the wine "pairing"). We ordered dinner and our waitress (who was fantastic, BTW), asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I do... I'm pescetarian. Not a problem according to her. She subbed our "bacon wrapped goat cheese dates" with "truffle fries". The truffle fries... They were cold, and probably 2-3 days old, to be honest. Not so much truffle either. I'm going to summarize the rest of the meal... Caesar salad... Lettuce slopped on a plate, presentation be damned. Croutons that had been deep fried in oil that is WELL past it's prime (deep fried...). Non-uniformly dressed. Mostly just lettuce and croutons. Improperly poached Salmon that appeared to have been finished in a broiler. It was likely poached en masse a few days before (yeah... I know that trick. It's always a bad idea...) The salmon had a mouthfeel like eating old wet butter. The cellular structure of the fish was nearly completely dissolved. There was some sticky brown substance smeared on top. The salmon had been cooked to the point of blandness. The green beans were not terrible, but... They were full of bacon (pescetarian?). Who puts crumbled bacon in green beans? There was no indication of bacon in the beans on the menu, and the waitress was embarrassed that she wasn't told. Mashed potatoes hiding under the salmon. Probably 3-4 teaspoons. My wife and I argued over whether they were instant or not. The dessert... Bog Standard Sysco Cheesecake with some kind of berry goo and graham cracker crust that sticks to your teeth like superglue. God help me... Till has a bakery on site. The wine pairing. Our wine cellar has probably 100+ bottles in the rack right now. We both have relatively decent taste in wine. I can recognize a 10.00 bottle of wine. Serving wine in hot (e.g. fresh out of he dishwasher) aperitif glasses does NOTHING to help cheap wine. The pairings were comically bad (and I actually enjoy bad pairings. I think bad pairings are both fun and educational.) But... 60.00 for 8x very conservative "four ounce" pours. The words "cough syrup" came up more than once. I don't know where the "Malbec" came from, but it's probably sufficient to say that I've tasted a lot of Malbec (both from Argentina and France), and I'm not sure I'd agree. Someone else reviewed this meal and referred to it as a "cash grab". The word "fraud" also comes to mind. This was the worst meal I've had in a really long time, and the overall tab, with tip, came out at well over 200.00... The manager (I guess... She never introduced herself...) comp'ed us the wine pairings because of the bacon in the green beans. Our waitress was a gem, BTW. We really enjoyed her service. Her service was the only good thing about the experience. Till needn't worry. This is the 3rd disappointing experience we've had at Till in the last 2-3 years. We've always made excuses ("they just moved"... "COVID hurt all the restaurants"... etc). No more... Poor communication to customers... Poor communication between the kitchen and the front of house. An incompetent kitchen. Clueless management. I think this problem will take care of itself.

We were looking for an outdoor activity that showcased some of the beauty of Colorado along with a meal. Seven Falls and Restaurant 1858 appeared to fit that bill perfectly. The location is stunning. The falls and surrounding areas are gorgeous. It's a nice little physically activity on the way to your meal that allows you to enjoy the outdoors while still being accessible to people of varying ages and fitness levels. I looked at the menu before choosing to come here and was prepared for a large bill with the high prices. The pictures looked phenomenal, and I don't mind paying a high price for the beautiful setting and a delicious meal. But the food was mediocre at best. We ordered the charred brussel sprouts, which appeared steamed or baked and then lidded, with no char or crisp at all. We also got the bacon wrapped shrimp and nachos, which were decent. Kind of insane for $30 for 4 shrimp, but they tasted OK. My daughter ordered the steak and frites, and said it tasted weird. My husband and I tried a bite and it was rancid. The potatoes that came with this steak were the best thing on the table, to be honest. Beautifully crispy and perfectly seasoned. They took the steak back and removed it from the bill, but quite a disappointment. Everyone else's meals were OK, no one was enthusiastic about their dishes, from the hot honey chicken sandwich to the Canyon Bowl. We were hoping none of us would feel any repercussions from the steak that has gone bad. The person who has the Canyon Bowl with pork ended up violently ill for 24 hours beginning 12 hours after consumption. We could blame it on other things they ate, but this was the only thing that they alone ate, and no one else was ill. Considering the condition of the steak, perhaps the refrigeration had gone down for a time? I'm not sure what happened there, but for the price, I really had higher hopes for the meal. If the meal had been a better experience, this is a place we would add to our list of must-do's for out of town guests, but we won't be back, sadly. Side note - You do have to take a shuttle from the parking lot to the entrance to the Seven Falls park, and you do have to pay for entry to the Seven Falls park to access the restaurant. We arrived an hour before our reservation time, as they suggested, and were still 15 minutes late for our reservation, so make sure you allow maybe 1.5 hours.
