Came for happy hour and after our waitress showed us the brunch menu, came back for a brunch 2 weeks later. Our waitress was so kind and informative of the menu/restaurant. Highlights: shrimp tacos, breakfast burrito, raspberry mimosa Really love what they did with the Well space. Need to come back for dinner.

Walking in I love the updates they made to the kitchen. I enjoy the open kitchen concept it makes me feel like they want to show off and not hide how they prep their food. The service was great, our server Jacklinn (spelling?) was very helpful and communicated any issues with us very well. She took really good care of us. It's a new place. They are still working out the details but I can't wait to come back and enjoy the full menu.

We went to Totem for dinner last night for their soft opening. They are learning the menu and working out kinks so the menu was limited as far as offerings. The staff was super kind and helpful, but they also offered 50% off to all of the customers. The space was beautiful and because the pricing was reduced, we ordered a lot of options to sample! They also had a bakery full of delicious options which of course, we ordered from as well! We had the ceviche, spring rolls, nachos, shrimp tacos, a cinnamon roll, a chocolate chip cookie and the basque cheesecake. The food was visually beautiful and really didn't take too long. Each dish was rife with fresh vegetables and full of flavor. The ceviche was my favorite, it had big pieces of fish and shrimp paired beautifully with pineapple, cilantro, jalapeño and avocado. The spring rolls were absolutely packed with fresh vegetables and a beautiful mango dipping sauce that set the ponzu off incredibly. We both had drinks-an espresso martini and a margarita, both were smooth, delicious and absolute perfection. The basque cheesecake was out of the stratosphere with flavor. I know that new restaurants in the initial opening have challenges, this is their first restaurant in the United States so their learning curve is a little bigger than most but their crew was knocking it out of the fricking park! I will return when they settle more to try additional offerings!

Went for a hike this morning then we went to Totem for breakfast. The food was sooo good and the restaurant is super cute! I can't wait to come back on a warm day to enjoy their patio and also try some of their lunch/dinner menu items!

It's hard to find pastelitos around here so I was sold the moment I took a bite of the guava and cheese pastry....it was devine! I would go back just for that!! But I'll start with the service, it is delightful, from the host to the server to the manager, everyone was pleasant and helpful throughout. The establishment is beautiful and airy. I found it brightly and artfully appointed. The coffee and pressed juice were both terrific. The mains, very flavorful and abundant. The birria as expected, was succulent and protein packed which is always good. The omelet was massive and flavorful, the potatoes were the real show stopper of this dish though. The brioche sandwich was a more basic selection but again plentiful and those potatoes might be the best home fries any of us have ever had. Overall, I'm thrilled to have a flavor-packed and unique breakfast/brunch option here in the springs and will be back to try their lunch options as well. The real hit for me was that pastelito de guayaba, it transported me right back to walking the beautiful streets of Mazatlan and stepping into a pasteleria to cool off for a sweet treat. It was perfection! I'm a fan! I hope this place sticks around!

This is a big, open place with a great menu, bright ambiance and a wonderful warm hostess. The service was good. We joined another couple for brunch on a Saturday and there was no wait but it was full and bustling. The food is beautifully presented but none of us loved what we got- it felt disappointing in taste and some of it felt a little different than described on the menu. We were definitely impressed by the bakery in the back and my husband really enjoyed his dirty chai tart we took to go.

Love the fun vibe and fresh food! Great service from Stephen. I love the green omelette and the cafe de olla.

The food was cold, overly salted, completely missing ingredients and overall lacked flavor. The staff was equally cold and salty... it looked pretty, yes, that's the only reason we stopped in to eat. It took 10 minutes to get a glass of water and 45 minutes to get our drinks and just over a hour to get our food- it was noon on a Wednesday with only 2 other tables sat. My $21 burrito was missing the black beans and fingerling potatoes INSIDE the burrito... all I got was cheesy eggs with 3 flavorless shrimp inside.

Ordered ABC sandwich which had no avocado but pickles instead. Breakfast sausage looked completely unappetizing. Chicken & bread was burnt. Asked for a cup of ice and hot sauce with our brunch which never arrived. Such a beautiful restaurant, what a shame.

Totem is authentic food and everything we have tried has been incredible. We love how different the food is and how flavorful it is. 'La más smash' burger was so delicious, one of the best burgers I've had! The charcuterie pizza had a lot of flavor and the sourdough dough was soft and the right thickness. The taro dessert had mango in it and was so so good! The cheesecake was delicious too! The vibe is awesome. The service is incredible. Food didn't take long. You won't be disappointed with anything you get on the menu and you have to try brunch too.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, food is HORRIBLE & EXPENSIVE. I did not enjoy a single meal. They lie about their prices and take forever to bring you a drink. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would.

Here, it did not. The scramble was bland, the seasoning barely perceptible, and the burrito lacked anything resembling a defining flavor. Cholula provided most of the excitement. A single slice of orange arrived alongside it, less a garnish than an afterthought. The dish ultimately tasted like precisely what it appeared to be: tofu dusted with turmeric and wrapped in a tortilla. The service model was equally puzzling. Drinks are collected yourself, dishes are cleared yourself, water is not brought to the table, and my meal arrived with a fork but no knife. None of this is inherently objectionable, but it helps to explain the system, particularly to first-time visitors. A restaurant cannot expect guests to understand its rules when no one bothers to tell them what they are. The coffee was good, though sweeteners required another small scavenger hunt. Perhaps regulars know exactly where everything is, clear their plates without thinking, and return happily for the atmosphere. For a visitor, however, the "vibes" were doing considerably more work than the kitchen.

As soon as we walked in, the staff welcomed us, making us feel right at home. The staff really knew their stuff and suggested the French toast as a must-try, while my fiancé went with the turkey sandwich. When our food arrived, it looked amazing! The French toast was so fluffy and perfectly cooked I'd give it a solid 10/10, especially with the fresh fruit and maple syrup on top. My fiancé loved his turkey sandwich too; he couldn't stop raving about the freshness of the ingredients. Overall, our quick stop turned out to be a delightful experience and really set a positive vibe for the rest of our day!

Drinks are going to be drinking, Not that I've gotten that out of the way... I've always heard such great things about Bird Tree Cafe. And I hadn't gone until yesterday! Figured I'd go before the farmers market across the street in Acacia Park. I got the bookworm latte and it was so good. I was worried it would be too sweet (it was a little sweet), but the brown sugar cinnamon syrup they make really balanced it out. It was so good. It was creamy, dreamy, and the caramel was decadent. I didn't get any food--just the coffee unfortunately, but I do plan on coming back! $7.25 (I think) for a latte is a bit pricey, but the drink is really good. So if you're gonna spend a bit extra, go there for a coffee instead of Starbucks. Service was quick for a long line and the hanging plants and lights made for such a great vibe. I cannot wait to come back and try their breakfast and more lattes!
