Found this little nook while looking up brunch places in the area. Met up with my sisters and mom…read morefor a quick bite. It is a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and cute simple decor that has a communal feel. The specials menu had some fun and exciting choices for st Patrick's day! There was also a listing for blueberry pierogies which we decided we just had to try. I think the concept is exciting and new- but the inside of the pierogies were only blueberries which weren't very sweet. We thought it could be even better with the addition of a sweetened ricotta, cream cheese, or mascarpone inside to compliment the berries. There was a drizzle of some kind of icing which was tasty and went well but there wasn't enough of it. We ordered our meals from their regular menu. They must have polish roots because pierogies and kielbasa show up on the menu a few times. I saw "pierogie omelet" and was sold. You can tell their pierogies are freshly made and it makes all the difference. I probably wouldn't get the omelet again because it was kind of a lot happening at once, however, next time I go I think I definitely would like to get the pierogi platter they offer because I enjoyed the kielbasa and pierogies so much. My sister got a strawberry arugula salad with crispy chicken. I did not try it but I tried a piece of chicken and it was deliciously crisp. She said everything was really good and the strawberries were perfect and ripe. My mom, who got the protein pancake with fruit on side agreed. My other sister got a tuna wrap which she also enjoyed. I also like that they do a 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade with your choice of flavor. I got the raspberry and it was delicious - not too sweet but the flavor was there. Our waitress was a gem and we never felt rushed.

The food is always absolutely delicious, with generous portions that easily satisfy even the heartiest appetites. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel like catching up with old friends. And did I mention just how delicious the food is? If they allowed half stars, I'd happily give them a 4.5!

definitely one of the much better authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. Depending on what you…read moreget some things to be a little pricier than others, but it comes down to the taste is what you're paying for. We came here twice before I made this review to be fair. I ordered the white chicken soup to go and that's one. I would give a three out of five just because I feel like I could've had a little more flavor to it. I definitely had places where they were a lot more flavorful. We got the flautas which were super crispy super well done, and the tamales were also like homemade. I also ordered the quesadillas, which was very good portions were big, and the meat was the marinated pork which had tons of flavor. My mom ordered the seafood soup. I personally don't eat shrimp so I didn't try it, but everyone else on the table tried it and loved it. There was ample amount of seafood in the soup. The service was great. They were on top of everything and no one to check in onto their customers. Talking about the ambience it's very traditional and it's nothing glamorous when you walk in, which makes it very authentic . I personally came here for authenticity not for a great ambience, but instead great food. Definitely recommend

We were immediately seated after arriving. The restaurant is small and cozy, with white and green walls, a counter that's decorated to resemble Mexico's flag, and a dream catcher that hangs over it. A TV plays telenovelas by the entrance on the wall and packaged drinks are placed underneath it. Daughter ordered Huevos Con Chorizo, which is Mexican chorizo with eggs. This entree is her usual go to order. She said that it was a wonderful salt explosion and she loved it a lot . She also thought her entree was flavorful. Hubs ordered 3 Shrimp Tacos and thought they were good, but he was eating for dietary purposes. He saw what we ordered and was salivating and can't wait to return. He said that he loved the salsas. Lastly, I ordered Sopa De Mariscos/Spicy Seafood Soup. Hubs and I loved the soup. There was a fish head in the soup but he devoured it. The spiciness of the soup was perfect. Hubs ordered the Horchata and thought it was ok. Service was very friendly and quick. Hubs is already planning on when to go back to try other items on the menu. LOL.

This was a disappointing and embarrassing dinner. We took out-of-town family here for a graduation…read moredinner and it was bad all around. Service: everything took very long. Our waitress was great but she was working the entire side of the restaurant where we were sitting. This was especially pronounced because one of my guests couldn't leave late. Food: subpar. We were here a few times a few years ago and I remember it being much better. The wings were good, especially the sauce. The sticky ribs were too salty and the ribs, while tender, tasted dry and overcooked. The pastas we ordered were overcooked and soft. The beef bulgolgi wasn't great. It was ok. Overall, a disappointment. Price is high for quality of food. Ambience: I remember this place being more lively and full. This time, on a Friday night, at dinner time, it was half empty. Other: trauma alert- read at your own risk. Once read, it cannot be unread!! When my daughter opened her napkin with the utensils, a spider jumped out at her and she was screaming! It took a while to get another set of napkins and utensils but when we finally did, I had to open the napkin for her because she was afraid to open it....

All of us with very different diets ended up finding something we loved. All of the good: -There was no trouble for 4 of us to get a table around 2:30ish on a Saturday. The space is huge, and it looked like they were even holding a private party upstairs. -A big menu with lots of options. We had everyone from vegan to basically carnivore at the table and the only trouble came when we realized most of their bread options had milk in them. The friend with a vegan diet knew to ask, but this would have been totally missed by me. She ended up getting a noodle dish and we all ate very happy. -My veggie burger was pretty good! As much as I love them, I can be a veggie burger snob. It's one of those things that need to be done right and the Gusto Grill veggie burger was done well in my opinion. Loved that it was a bit different with edamame as one of the bases. A great meal and a great time getting together with old friends. Highly recommend!
