I heard that their chocolate gelato was safe for my kid with food allergies (he's allergic to eggs, wheat, nuts, avocado, pineapple, and kiwi) and the first two times went well. Service is always hit or miss but we went because my kid loves chocolate ice cream and we usually get one for him wherever we're at the mall. We are new to the state so are looking for familiar things for my kids. They do not have their own seating or tables so it's more of a grab-and-go place. We usually buy and enjoy at a table in the food court. The chocolate gelato is more like ice cream. It's not smooth or creamy and I definitely tasted ice crystals last time. But my kid thought it was acceptable and usually finished it and we had no issues. My problem is the last visit, the employees were very nonchalant (more than usual) and were more focused on chatting amongst themselves. I told them about the food allergies which they vaguely acknowledged but not much else. Guess what? Something was off because after eating half the small cup, he stopped eating, said he didn't feel good, then ultimately threw up 5 minutes later, after which he felt much better. How embarrassing! I felt bad for the janitors. But because of this, we're likely not going back for their frozen treats again until the employees are trained well when it comes to food allergies and their employees actually act more like employees. On a side note, I got a fruit crepe for my other kid who is super picky on that last visit. She enjoyed it a lot. So at least they live up to the name. As for food allergies, approach with caution. It was fine the first two times, so the ingredients of the chocolate gelato are safe. It was likely a case of cross contamination and/or using a common scoop, which is such a shame. My kid's old, go-to gelato place is surrounded by flavors he is anaphylactic to but he's never had a reaction before (they have allergy kits and use new scoops plus remove exposed portions so they take from the middle section to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination) so I'm bummed this place is no longer on the list. But if you want crepes and you have no food allergies, this place is pretty good!

The cake was absolutely delicious and a very generous size especially considering what we paid. All my guests asked where the cake was from and my mother requested I have one made when her birthday comes around. I would've ordered online, but this business does not have online ordering despite advertising it being available on doordash. Another 5-7 minutes pass and this "one more crepe" isn't even being made. So that's 20-25 minutes spent in this business without so much as my order being taken.
