Negative one million stars!! Please read the message left in response to my review!! The tone was exactly the same as the way she spoke to us honest customers! Yes we left without paying for the soup which sucked!! As far a FREDDY the server he should be taken care of by you!! He lost his tip because of you!!! The service and the food was horrendous!! Thank you for confirming the distraction of the baby!! It makes me laugh that you thought that was defendable.

I saw a little piece on this place on Westchester TV. Went in on Friday night, very friendly and attentive staff. Had the house margarita on the rocks, which had Jalepeno in it, very tasty. The guacamole was delicious and my wife said it was the best she ever had. I had pork Verde stew, that had avocado and lots of fresh herbs. Casual Mexican food with good drinks and great service. Nice local find.

First, I am vegan and my husband is not. He's been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time so we popped in on a Saturday night. The ambiance is nice, great lighting and lovely waiters. I started with a skinny margarita which tasted fresh, strong and balanced. My husband had the esquite and carnitas tacos which he LOVED and is not easily impressed when we go out. I tried the guacamole & house made chips and added farm fresh crudités. I'm picky when it comes to guac and thought it was very flavorful, probably one of the best I've had. We loved the house-made chips that went with it, they were literally perfect. The crudités were also delicious and most definitely cut fresh right there. I also ordered rice and beans with a side of corn tortillas which were also clearly house-made. The reason that it's 4 stars and not 5 is because some of the prices just don't make sense to me. $24 for a tostada seems absolutely crazy to me. Some menu items feel about $2-4 overpriced. I understand food is being locally sourced and items are made in house but the prices would actually stop us from coming here often.

Food is so fresh and yummy. It's worth every penny for quality ingredients, which seems difficult to find nowadays.

Best Mexican food in a long time. Fresh ingredients. Simple menu but they do it all well.

I really love coming here , great service and food and drinks are amazinggggg 10/10 deff recommendread more

First time visiting and it definitely won't be my last! This restaurant has been around for about…read moresix years, and I'll admit I had previously dismissed it because it's located in an outer strip of stores where Harmon and Bed Bath & Beyond once were. I truly wish I hadn't--because I was thoroughly impressed with the food, the décor, the service, and the extensive menu. There are so many dishes I want to come back and try. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant impressed us with its vibrant, themed décor and incredibly friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Warm tortilla chips with chunky salsa and glasses of water were brought to our table immediately after we sat down, which was a great start. They have a full-service bar, and while they don't offer frozen cocktails, we honestly didn't miss them. I had a coconut margarita, and my husband enjoyed a passionfruit rum cocktail. He doesn't drink tequila, so I asked if rum could be substituted, and they were more than happy to accommodate. He chose a Tajín rim, while I opted for sugar instead of salt. Both drinks were strong, flavorful, and served in really nice, heavy margarita glasses. We both chose specials from the House Special Grill, and wow--what a great decision. My husband had the skirt steak and jumbo shrimp, served with a creamy corn salsa, and he loved every bite. I ordered the grilled steak with sautéed onions, homemade tortillas, cactus pad (nopales), rice, and beans. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and perfectly prepared. We ended the night on a high note with dessert--one of the best flans I've ever had--paired with a glass of hot Mexican coffee. Absolutely delicious. Amazing food, great drinks, welcoming service, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!
