I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

They are responsive and reliable, diagnose the issue, deliver a fair estimate, and render excellent plumbing services, with a good value for the money. I'm a landlord living remotely, so most interactions with them are done via Yelp messaging, phone, and text, while our tenants deal with them face-to-face. They also accept various forms of mobile payment (Zelle, Paypal, cash, credit card, etc.), so being out of State has never been a problem. They make me and my tenants happy because they are reliable and professional...and always keep their word (unlike many other contractors and plumbers out there these days). And even when they have unforeseen issues come up (after all, they are human), they communicate openly and honestly and make fair attempts to re-schedule and accommodate us. I rest much easier at night knowing I have them for all my plumbing needs.

Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. We recently discovered a small leak from a drain pipe in our basement. The PVC was in a…read morehard-to-reach location, so our service technician, Donnie, removed a notable amount of spray-foam to get a better view. Donnie made a phone call and soon four more Brownlee team members were on-site with an expanded selection of equipment. They quickly tracked the issue to a vertical pipe behind a main-floor wall. Apparently, a long-ago installed patch had given way. The crew replaced a 27" section of PVC to fix the leak. I'm optimistic that the root cause was identified and resolved. The service was performed today so we will continue to monitor the main floor vertical pipe and basement location where the leak initially revealed itself. With this issue behind us, I asked the team to perform an integrity check on our old clay sewer line. They added the camera service on free-of-charge and verified that, while old, the sewer pipe appears to be in reasonably good shape. The price was reasonable and the team was respectful to our home. They took the time to explain the problem and solution. We will gladly use Brownlee Plumbing again.
